Locatie enorme tegenvaller!
Pros:

Het personeel is subliem, super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel zelf is heel verzorgd, groot en proper zwembad, 2 restaurants, mooie kamer.

Cons:

De locatie was een absolute tegenvaller. De locatie- en afstandsinformatie vermeld op Booking klopt totaal niet. Bang Tao Beach zelf is nog bijna 1 uur rijden van het hotel. Layan beach is dichtbij, maar er is niets te zien of te doen. Van zodra je voet zet uit het hotel, kom je op een drukke autobaan en een omgeving die volstaat met werven. Echt niéts te doen in wandelbare omgeving. Kamer met jaccuzi was mooi, maar terras helemaal ingesloten en ongezellig.

Beautiful, well-maintained hotel
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully maintained, with fantastic facilities, great food, and genuinely outstanding service throughout.
The staff were consistently warm, professional and attentive, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful and luxurious.

The location was also ideal — only a few minutes from Bang Tao Beach and a short drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, including Banana Beach and Naithon Beach.

Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay in Phuket.

Cons:

Ongoing construction nearby, which slightly affected the overall view from the balcony and surrounding area. However, it did not disturb our stay, and we understand this is only temporary.

Cons:

Мне не нравится лежать в пыльной джакузи посреди гигантский стройки отгородившись бамбуковым забором. Думаю что года до 2028 я бы сюда не рекомендовал ехать. Вокруг сплошная стройка и никакой инфраструктуры.

Jacuzzi room, don't bother
Pros:

Lovely staff. Lots of facilities, so free, some at an additional cost.

Cons:

Had the suite with a jacuzzi. No instructions for its use, asked for help, no one came. Takes minimum 3 hours to fill up the jacuzzi. Blowers didnt work, so no bubbles. Was supposed to be a really cute part of the stay, but ended up being a pain in the butt.

everything good. Only when a small child vomited on the bedding and had to pay for cleaning, it was a bit surprising, because no one else had done this.

It is inconvenient to go to the beach with a car, even though the beach is perfect. I could handle it better.
