It's an excellent place, it's up to date and modern. Close to everything - good and bad.
Pros:

The apartments are super clean, tidy and nice! It has a small fridge, a microwave, hair drier, glasses for water, a small sink and even plates.
The bathroom is nice and everything is clean and works well! The check-in is seamless.

Cons:

There's no A/C so the room can get quite hot - though the past few days have truly been an exception in terms of weather.
The apartments are located right next to the very busy Steindamm where sirens are frequent, and next to a kindergarten.
With closed windows, you barely hear anything - but if you need to have the windows open to survive the heat, you need to pick between boiling hot and noise.
There's no staff in the evenings and on holidays.
