اعجبني جدا تعامل موظف الاستقبال أسأل الله أن يعطيه العافيه متعاون جدا طلبت تغيير الثلاجه خلال خمس دقائق وصلت غرفتي
كمان اعجبني تعاون ومرونه تعامل سواق الباص والتزامه بالاوقات وتعاونه مع نزلاء، الفندق سواء بالتوصيل للحرم أو مطاعم فهو متعاون جدا أسأل الله أن يعطيه العافيه
اعجبني قرب الخدمات من تموينات ومغاسل وصيدليه

بصراحة خرجت من الفندق مبسوط
