Obiekt oceniam bardzo dobrze, szczególnie pod kątem moich potrzeb - lokalizacja, wielkość, czystość

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, na nasze potrzeby wystarczająca wielkość.
Duże prawdopodobieństwo, że w przyszłości skorzystamy ponownie z Waszej oferty. Jednak proszę uwzględnić uwagi, które są poniżej.

Cons:

Należy zaktualizować zdjęcie miejsca parkingowego (obecnie jest inny znak drogowy).
Przesyłając kod do otwarcia drzwi do budynku należy napisać o wciśnięciu przycisku z kluczem po numerze pokoju, bo skąd niby mam się domyślić.
Jednak najpoważniejsza uwaga dotyczy łazienki - niekompletna kabina prysznicowa nie pasuje do takiego miłego miejsca. Nie powinniście Państwo wynajmować tego apartamentu do czasu naprawy kabiny. Używanie prowizorycznej, brudnej, klejącej się ceraty jest uwłaczające Waszemu poziomowi całości usług.

Bardzo komfortowy pobyt w świetnie położonym i dobrze wyposażonym mieszkaniu
Pros:

Mieszkanie śliczne, dobrze wyposażone i bardzo wygodne. Dużym plusem było to, że każdy z nas miał własny pokój, co znacznie zwiększyło komfort pobytu. Lokalizacja świetna - blisko starówki, a w pobliżu znajduje się wiele miejsc, gdzie można coś zjeść lub napić się kawy. Mieszkanie było dobrze przygotowane i sprawdziło się zarówno do odpoczynku, jak i jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Na plus również bardzo sprawny kontakt z obsługą, która szybko reagowała na nasze wiadomości (np. przy problemie z zamkiem podczas zameldowania).

Cons:

Problemem okazało się wyznaczone miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym, które było stale zajęte przez inny samochód. Po zgłoszeniu sytuacji obsługa wskazała nam inne miejsce parkingowe (podając numer miejsca), jednak rano znaleźliśmy za wycieraczką kartkę informującą, że jest to miejsce prywatne. Wyglądało więc na to, że zaparkowaliśmy na miejscu przypisanym do innego mieszkania.
Internet niestety działał bardzo słabo - praktycznie nie mogliśmy z niego korzystać. Być może trafiliśmy akurat na chwilowe problemy techniczne. Tego akurat nie zgłosiliśmy obsłudze, ponieważ korzystaliśmy z własnego internetu mobilnego i nie był to dla nas aż tak duży problem.
