地點好、機能強、員工服務十分優良，謝謝各位的照顧。
Pros:

住宿地點極佳! 通電車跟公車都很便捷，移動起來非常方便，且離鬧區天文通很近，完全可以從早玩到晚。
吃早餐時可以看到美麗的櫻島以及鹿兒島街景，每天早晨都是好心情~
夜晚，在早餐的相同樓層，會開放一個Bar，裡面提供的限定甜品物超所值。
櫃台幾乎24小時都有人服務，十分讓人放心，對了，旅館提供的免費茶水，品質很好，這很加分。
男女澡堂很舒服，提供的人工碳酸溫泉泡起來非常放鬆。

Cons:

早餐雖然很美味，但菜單毫無變化，每天都一樣，吃到後面有點膩了。
人工碳酸溫泉似乎只有晚上時段啟用? 有次我們早上過去澡堂，很失望地只有泡到一般的熱水池。
房間內的電視居然沒有開放連接HDMI線，也無法連上YouTube，這有點難受。
