Tout bonnement parfait !!
Pros:

Une très belle chambre confortable, SPA très sympa, un super petit déjeuner franchement grande classe et pour couronner le tout un personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute franchement grande classe … nous reviendrons certainement !!

À staff member opened the door without waiting for an answer and that was very inappropriate . I made a request asking for a gesture and nobody came back to me ever since. As a client that’s very deceptive

Very clean! And lovely location, room smaller that we thought it would be
Pros:

Very clean hotel,the staff were lovely and very helpful and we even borrowed umbrellas! The location was perfect, lots of places to eat and easy to travel into the centre!

Cons:

for the price we paid the room was a bit small especially as we upgraded to a superior double, but that may just be reflective of staying in Paris! The bed was very firm which would be great for some but not great for us

wonderful hotel and staff , beautiful location and weather
Pros:

Good Customer Service and Happy Staff , always felt welcome and the breakfast was also very delicious

Cons:

one evening we came back to the hotel for a drink and alot of the vender bottles was empty . that was the only issue i could think of, that could have been better

Exelente para relajarse después de caminar tanto en Paris

La zona humeda y la cercanía del hotel a la metro una combinación perfecta! El personal muy profesional sobre todo el Sr Carlo!!!! Volveremos

Cons:

El aire condicionado era muy débil!!!! Sobre todo de noche!!!! Es centralizado y sufrimos un poquito el calor!!!! Saludos

Le personnel technique de l hôtel femme de chambres restauration personnel du spa prévenant le personnel d accueil de nuit

Cons:

L accueil de certaines personnes chargé de la conciergerie parle mal ne réponde pas aux attentes alors que la prestation hôtelière est onéreuse les prix des extras boissons bar etc etc

L'idéal pour visiter Paris

Nous adorons cet hôtel
Nous venons à Paris tous les ans pour visiter les expositions de peinture pendant plusieurs jours
L'endroit est idéal...le métro est à 1 minute
Les restaurants sont nombreux dans le quartier et à des prix très raisonnables pour Paris
Le quartier est très calme
Le SPA après une journée de visite est très appréciable...
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié
Service de bagagerie à l'arrivée et au départ
