Camera spaziosa e letto confortevole, pulizia impeccabile

Cons:

Piccola struttura che affaccia su una calle molto frequentata e dunque rumorosa la notte. Purtroppo, essendo il condizionatore della camera vecchio e anch'esso rumoroso, non ho chiuso occhio. La mattina non c'era acqua calda nella doccia. La reception non e' presenziata e la comunicazione con il personale dell'albergo avviene solo tramite app o telefono. Nel complesso pessimo rapporto qualita' prezzo.

Very bad experience
Pros:

Location is relatively good, close to piazzale roma and there is only one bridge to cross

Cons:

Everything is done online, there is noone in reception or anywhere at all to help you. We booked a triple room, and when we got there, completely soaked because there was a storm, and really wishing for a shower, the hot water was not working at all. A part from that we had booked a triple room; and they just gave us a double room. We complained (of course online) and they sent us to another location (again in the rain snd with our luggage). The rooms are quite old and need refurbishing.

Fijne accomodarie ol uitstaekende locatie op goede loopafstand van het treinstation.

De locatie vlak bij het treinstation van Venetië boven een gezellig goed restaurant en net buiten de drukke toeristische straten.

Pros:

La posizione centrale era ottima

Cons:

In 3 giorni non si è mai visto nessuno dello staff a nessun orario, giusto la ragazza delle pulizie che si è messa a disposizione per quel che poteva. La prima stanza assegnata aveva un rave di formiche che ballavano , la seconda le assi del pavimento che saltavano quando ci passavi sopra, essere ad 1 stella non giustifica l’abbandono della struttura che veniva gestita praticamente da remoto!

Bien ubicado, muy limpio y cómodo.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido pero se podía soportar. Entendemos que hacía mucho calor y lleva una temporada sin "descansar".

The hotel is not bad, there is air conditioning in the room, but the online registration is extremely unpleasant, inconvenient, and, according to the staff, mandatory; without it, they refuse to check you in. Everything else was fine, and except for the registration issue, we were satisfied.

Rien à dire sur les chambres et l'hôtel en général.

Cons:

Ne pas trop compter sur le personnel/la réception. Juste avant votre séjour, vous allez recevoir pléthore de messages tous assez inutiles dans la mesure où aucun ne mentionne l'information principale : le code à l'entrée ! Dans l'après-midi et le soir, avons tenté de contacter le personnel à plusieurs reprises, alors que nous l'avions oublié - on nous l'avait donné par téléphone le midi en arrivant - sans recevoir la moindre réponse ! Avons trouvé une belle âme dans la rue pour régler le problème et nous faire regagner nos chambres !

The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the city. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the staff were very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out, which allowed us to enjoy more time in the city without carrying our bags.

Cons:

We had mixed feelings because we booked two rooms. One room had a modern air conditioner that worked perfectly. However, the second room had a very old air conditioning unit that was quite noisy and not powerful enough to cool the room properly. Replacing or upgrading that unit would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.
