Wunderbares Ambiente, fachgerechte und geschmackvolle Restaurierung, angenehmer Aufenthaltsbereich, zuvorkommender Service, äußerst leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr gutes Restaurant mit phantasievollen Gerichten

Cons:

Man muss in Kauf nehmen, dass man zum Zentrum ein Taxi braucht oder aber die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen muss

Kõik oli super. Pikalt Euroopa reisilt naastes oli see majutus nagu jackpot enne koju jõudmist. Suurepärane hommikusöök, mugav parkimine, vaikne, puhas, hea töö.

Wykorzystanie budynków klasztoru, fajny pomysł

Cons:

Obsługa klienta bardzo słaba, personel nieuprzejmy, obsługa w restauracji słabo zorganizowana
Nastąpił błąd systemowy podczas rezerwacji, system zmienił liczbę gości z 2 na 1, pomimo zapłaty za pokój dla 2 osób zostaliśmy obciążeni ponownie za śniadanie. Personel hotelowy nie podjął próby wyjaśnienia tematu.
Brak standardowego sprzątania hotelowego (sprzątanie co 3 dni)

Przyjemny hotel na nocleg bez dodatkowych atrakcji
Pros:

Klimatyczny hotel w spokojnej okolicy w zabytkowym budynku.

Cons:

Kilka niedociągnięć, przy wejściu głównym zero lampy, schody wejściowe musiałem doświetlać latarka w komórce. Bardzo słaba restauracja, na kolację po złożeniu zamówienia czekaliśmy 40 minut na naleśnika dla dziecka oraz dwie zupy, mimo że w restauracji był mały ruch - dziecko zdążyło drzemkę zrobić
