Pros:

Excellent location, in the center, but quiet, also near to the beach. Very clean, daily change of towels and cleaning rooms. Hotel is new and modern, well equped. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is great!

Cons:

TV had ni singal, there were no channels on. Two external units of aircontition were on the terrace, blowing hot air, we could not sit on the terrace, even though it was a beautiful view.

הצוות היה נהדר , קשוב ושרותי. ארוחת בוקר טובה.
חדרים גדולים ומשופצים לגמרי. מיקום מושלם במרכז העיר וקרוב לים.

אין חנייה למי שמגיע עם רכב. ( אבל יש חניון ציבורי במרחק 5 דקות הליכה ).

The reception team provides excellent service. I would especially like to thank Markiz for his professionalism, kindness, and dedication. He assisted me with everything I needed throughout my stay, and thanks to him and the entire reception team, I would gladly return to this hotel. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of Rhodes, making it easy to reach all the main attractions on foot. The only area that could be improved is offering a greater variety at breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

Pros:

Great location, very nice and modern apartment, great breakfast. First day I had a problem with very loud guest next door and asked staff for help. It was fixed very fast and the rest of the stay was perfect.
