Pros:

Good location.
Nice view (we had balcony with river view).

Cons:

Very small bathroom.
Very small double bed.
No tv (you could only rent it).
We stayed there for 5 days not once did they clean the room.
On saturday night they let some guests have a party, they made loud noise and the smell from the barbecue got into our room. And it went on untill 1-2 in the morning.

If you don’t mind walking then very good cheap option
Pros:

- everything is new and in a good condition, kitchen well equipped
- comfy bed
- calm
- not far from the old town / public transport

Cons:

- it’s extremely warm in the rooms
- we stayed for 5 nights and not once did housekeeping come
- it’s impossible to use the balconies since there’s pigeon’s shirt everywhere
