Was given a room with broken air conditioning and poor shower, although this was rectified the next day. A bit noisy at night time.

All staff are absolutely amazing but Joy made me feel so at ease being there what a lovey lady ☺️,
has a awesome swimming pool/juquzie under a sun blocker which was like heaven and the rooms are very spacious if your from Uk they like little shallays you get in Buttlins lol,
Washing provided very cheap, fried and air cons in rooms and I was not expecting coffee, sugars etc ready for when I arrived, that coffee was well needed
Totally an amazing and very highly recommended
I had to leave, but I loved this so much I actually extended my stay and I will be returning 100%
Note beds can be a little harder but don’t cry your in Thailand there all hard lol

Fiyatının çok üstünde bir konaklama oldu. konum olarak plaja 8-9 dakika uzaklıkta. banglaroad eğlence sokağına 5-6 dakika uzaklıkta. alısveriş merkezine 10 dakika uzaklıkta. merkezde olmasına rağmen sessiz sakin ve rahat konakladık. tavsiye ederim.

The location and proximity to everything is amazing. 1 minute to 7 Eleven. 5 minutes to Bangla Road and Jungceylon Shopping centre. 7 minutes walk to the beach. The Jacuzzi was a nice little addition and chilling in front of the apartment with a great garden was great to get away from the busy streets just metres away.
I have to add that the staff, especially Joy and Ella and the cleaning staff are simply amazing, they always want to make sure you have everything you need and are always so happy and smiling. Every hotel needs staff like this.
Other reviews say it is loud and the night clubs are really noisy…. Well they are over exaggerating because yes, you can very slightly hear music, but not at a level that keeps you awake at all.
I would say a couple of things need upgrading like the shower and the main door. The shower is an old system and the front door has gaps around it which I found a couple of mosquitoes got in. But it is not a big complaint, just would be nicer if those things were fixed.
Staff were excellent very helpfull and polite. Location is good. Bed is big.
Aircond was abit warm but they repaired in within 20mins of complaining. Furniture abit old
