A comfortable and peaceful stay in the heart of Patong, made special by the warm and helpful staff.
Pros:

The warm and friendly staff, especially Joy at reception, made our check-in very smooth and welcoming. The room was spacious, cozy, clean and comfortable, with a neat and hygienic bathroom. The location is excellent—very close to Patong Beach, Bangla Walking Street, 7-Eleven, restaurants, bars and shops. Despite being in the middle of busy Patong, the hotel itself felt calm and peaceful.

Cons:

The AC was not cooling at full capacity even when set to 16°C. We also had an issue with hot water in the bathroom. There was no safety locker in the room, so we kept our valuables locked inside our suitcases. These are minor areas that could be improved.
