Great value for money
Pros:

Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet location away from the busy street, and really friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned on request with two bottles of water replenished each time. Great for a longer stay and excellent value for money, especially during low season. Small gym but does the job.

Cons:

The only downside was an occasional sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

Very disappointed experience

Very disappointing experience – poor service and extremely unprofessional attitude

Today was my last day at Diva Boutique Hotel, and unfortunately the experience ended in a very disappointing way.

I paid a THB 1,000 refundable deposit at check-in. When I asked about getting my deposit back today, I was told that they would not return it until I handed over the room key. I understand that the hotel may need to inspect the room at check-out, but the way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

What shocked me most was the attitude of the staff member. When I asked about my money, he refused to give it to me while laughing, which I found extremely rude and inappropriate. When I told him that I would mention this experience in my review, his response was essentially: “You are free to do that.”

Unfortunately, the problems were not limited to the staff attitude. The room lacked basic attention to detail. There was no proper supply of drinking water, and the room felt poorly maintained. The room also had an unpleasant smell, the temperature/air-conditioning was uncomfortable, and overall the cleanliness and attention to detail were far below what I expected.

In addition to the fact that the toilet that was suffocating and blocked whenever I used it to make the room without ventilation and completely suffocated and a very embarrassing situation, it is actually catastrophic

I was buying water from outside and it was difficult for them to even change the towels or communicate with me about the needs I needed. In fact, I do not recommend this choice to anyone.

For me, the biggest issue was not even the deposit itself — it was the disrespectful way the situation was handled and the lack of basic customer service.

I expected much better treatment as a paying guest. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel and I hope management takes complaints like this seriously.

Pros:

Comfortable room with a balcony.
Quite location but convenient access to Patong attractions by foot ot tuk tuk.
Great staff, especially the wonderful cleaners. No hassle checking in or out.
Great room for a budget price.

Cons:

Wifi can be unreliable at times, but often weather related issues
A small table and chair inside would benefit the room.
