Camera curata si frumos aranjata .
SPA - ul cu toate facilitățile ( jacuzzi, sauna umeda si uscata , dus emoțional si masaj .).
Restaurantul de excepție personalul gata sa satisfacă gusturile oaspeților.
Micul dejun cu oferta pentru toate gusturile.

Un hotel cochet unde vei avea un sejur placut
Pros:

Hotelul amplasat foarte bine, la intrarea in Poiana Brasov, cu parcare gratuit. Un hotel cochet, cu camere spatioase, mic dejun bun, paturi foarte confortabile, perne pentru toate gusturile, se face refil la sticlele de apa filtrata in fiecare zi in camera. Surpriza din partea personalului de la hotel cu sticla de vin pentru pachetul pe care l-am achizitionat, voucherul pentru reducerea la procedurile de masaj si tichetul gratuit pentru urcarea cu telegondola, au fost binevenite si le-am apreciat. Personalul hotelului foarte amabil si dornic de a te ajuta ca sa ai un sejur reusit.

Zona de spa destul de mica.

Simona Halep was perfect
Pros:

The hotel is impeccable, from the facilities and staff to the cleanliness and food. I had the pleasure of meeting a highly professional therapist and enjoying an excellent massage. Honestly have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect throughout my stay with my wife. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Everything reminded me of just how incredible Simona Halep was throughout her entire sporting career and of all the joy she brought us.

Locatie excelenta!
Pros:

Personalul foarte amabil, restaurantul foarte elegant, camerele foarte bine gandite.
Este un hotel in care nu s-a facut rabat de la calitate. Felicitari!

Superb accommodation
Pros:

The amenities in this hotel are great, rooms is right sized and has all you can think about. Good view from the balcony, great shower, comfy bed.

Cons:

Breakfast was not up to "super' - it was OK, due to the large number of guests the buffet was not of the expected quality - the staff solved some parts by providing personal care. An ideea : in this special circumstances an a la carte breakfast could have solved this.

Pros:

We loved everything about our stay — the warm welcome, the high level of hospitality, and the modern, innovative design of the hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful. The location is excellent, and the spa is new, beautiful, and very clean.

It was also my birthday on the day we arrived, and the hotel surprised us with a lovely gift in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Simply an amazing place. We will definitely be coming back!
