The overall complex did look nice except for being weirdly deserted, and the actual apartment was spacious and felt sort of luxurious, except for the details No change of towels, no curtains, beds not so comfortable...). The location would have been pretty good, except there was a huge road construction project that made it take an hour to travel the distance to supermarkets or the beaches that should have taken 10 minutes or less. If what you want is to visit a place that provides a luxurious-looking backdrop for Instagram photos, then this will do it. It would be a perfect place for a bunch of young people to come, buy a bunch of food and drinks from a local grocery store, and spend a long weekend without leaving the complex (maybe role-playing that they were the last survivors in a Zombie apocalypse, or playing a murder-mystery role-playing game).
Well, this was not a vacation complex. It was not a hotel, nor "Vacation Apartments." It was a housing complex that was mostly finished and was still almost empty, but was already trying to sell permanent units. I've included a photo of the sign that was advertising appointments and tours with a real estate agent. We were there for four nights over the US Thanksgiving holiday, and in the entire stay, I saw 18 other guests/residents except for employees (I counted). This gave things a kind of weird, post-apocalyptic feel. There were signs and table placards advertising the price of snacks and drinks, but I never saw one single employee offering these food or drinks. The swimming pool heating was not on because there were almost no guests, so it was way too cold to enter, and the hot tub was connected to the pool water, so it would not heat up either. You might expect that if a housing complex was just trying to make a few extra dollars by advertising itself as a hotel/vacation apartment complex, then it wouldn't really focus on service for the handful of guests there. You would be correct in this assumption. I'd go into details, but there's a booking.com word limit. Check in was a mess that took 45 minutes, the check out time mysteriously changed from 11:00 am to 10:00 am...
Huge bedrooms, clean, nice pool
Location- concrete jungle and not pedestrian friendly at all- there was no way to exit the parking area as a pedestrian(yikes). One staff woman was lovely and responsive; second day I asked 3 questions, none of which were answered. And it’s nearly impossible to access the beach- most access is through private hotels.

Nice pool area, kids area and gym. Apartments stylish and spacious. Had beach stuff you could use which was nice.
Restaurant not great. We had a key issue and no staff around to give us access to the room for a while. Also did not have a cot even though we booked for a 1 year old which was very annoying
The apartments are decorated beautifully. The property is very clean and overall lovely. Beds and lounge furniture were exceptionally comfortable. The lounge area by the pool is amazing. So comfortable and shaded.
While the apartments are decorated beautifully, more care should be taken to make sure they function as designed. The dishwasher wasn’t actually installed and so would tip out if you loaded the top rack and pulled it out. Water pressure in the showers is super low because they went with fancy rain showers. It would be better to have an efficiency shower head. Dryer vent installed upside down. No smoke detectors or CO2 monitors in the apartment. Had to make requests multiple times for things like extra toilet paper (ended up buying our own). The pool is heated but doesn’t need to be as hot. I’d save the power and turn the heater down.

We had no water from 7 pm till 8 am.
There was no breakfast. Pool and rooms were great. Nice location and views.
This is a new community and everything in our unit was beautiful. We were right off the pool with a large balcony that had a covered table and chairs for outdoor dining that was perfect for us to get out of the heat but still be outside.
The unit itself was gorgeous. Really comfortable furniture and full kitchen. The kids club and gym were also really nice. The pool is amazing. The pool has a bench all the way around for sitting and a large flat area for lounging. Plus a separate kids splash pad off to the side. Really good mix of sun and shade at the pool. And bonus full outdoor table, living room sets, couch loungers all along the pool covered so you have shady spots all around. There’s also ping pong, pool, and fooseball next to the pool house snack area that we also used.
It is still under construction but the noise was very minimal and didn’t bother us at all. We really had no other complaints.

This hotel was such a great spot for our family trip to San José del Cabo. The hotel room was spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook tons during the week we were there. The pool and kids room were great for our 1 year old. (We LOVED the shallow section of the pool.) The staff is friendly enough and attentive to requests. They do an amazing job keeping the pool and hang out areas very well maintained. We rented a car during our trip and the parking was very easy. Big thumbs up. we would come back here for sure.
The restaurant was limited ( but still offered simple things like Nachos and beer.) The hotel construction was not bad, we only one of the days during our week visit did we notice it in our room. Mostly we heard vague construction noise while we were hanging out at the pool. (nothing that was loud and intrusive to our relaxing.) I'd say the location would be a bit of a bummer if you didn't have a car, not a ton to walk to around the hotel. but very quick to get to downtown or grocery stores.

This was an exceptional stay. Pedro G. was absolutely amazing -- attentive, kind and considerate. The property looked exactly like the photos listed or actually better. The shared pool, fully-equipped gym and sauna were fantastic; the unit is close to restaurants (3m drive), extremely clean and quiet and just a delight. Will definitely recommend to anyone and stay here again.
