Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Struttura moderna collocata vicino al centro di Cracovia (5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale). Stanze ben organizzate, luminose ed accoglienti, con tutto il necessario: dal bollitore per fare the e caffè (ovviamente presenti anche le bustine) alle bottigliette d’acqua naturale/frizzante comprese nel prezzo. Presenti anche i dispenser con sapone/bagnoschiuma/shampoo e quello con crema corpo/mani. Bagno ampio con una bella doccia in una stanza, nell’altra vasca da bagno ma con possibilità di fare la doccia (con la tenda). Colazione continentale abbondante e molto buona: presente sia la parte dolce (forse un po’ più limitata ma varia) che quella salata (decisamente varia). Bevande fresche e calde presenti con caraffe e macchinetta.
Anche alla reception era presente l’angolo “the/caffé” compreso nel prezzo.

Cons:

Receptionisti Poco cordiali. Rispondevano talvolta al saluto. Chiesto di cambiare camera ma hanno detto che non c’era mentre su Booking c’era.
Personale alla sala colazione poco disponibile, hanno anche litigato nella cucina

Comfortable & reasonably priced hotel with an excellent location, a good choice for a short
Pros:

Very decent hotel offering good value for money, conveniently located close to the center of the old town. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool throughout my stay.

Cons:

The TV had a high-definition display, but it was not a smart TV. The bathroom, while clean, did not quite meet the standards one would typically expect from a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was quite basic and lacked variety and flavor. It is suitable for guests who are in a hurry and just need a quick meal before heading out, but those looking for a more enjoyable breakfast experience may be disappointed.

Hotel ideal para visitar Cracovia
Pros:

Nos gustó todo. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en el centro de Stare Miasto, a dos pasos de la plaza Rynek. Perfecto para visitar todo a pie. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Las instalaciones eran muy limpias y la habitación era ideal. El desayuno variado y muy rico además tenían café gratis en la recepción (cosa que los cafeteros agradecemos mucho). El personal era muy profesional y agradable. La verdad es que hemos estado muy a gusto y sin duda volveríamos.

נתחיל מכך שאיפשרו לנו צ'ק אין מוקדם מהרגיל לאור בקשה מוקדמת שלי ולאחר שהאורחים מהחדר עזבו מוקדם.

המיקום מעולה! צמוד לגינה יפיפה, צמוד לאזור השוקק של העיר העתיקה. הרחוב צדדי ולכן שקט מאוד למרות מיקומו המרכזי.
המלון מבריק, ניקיון יומיומי, מים ושתיה חמה חופשית.

Pros:

Atrašanās vieta ideāla - tuvu centrālā stacija un galvenās apskates vietas. Viesnīca nesen renovēta, salīdzinoši moderns interjers. Plašs numuriņš.

Cons:

Gultas matracis varēja būt labāks, bet slikti arī nebija. Brokastis caurmērā OK, bet pieprasītākie ēdieni netika atjaunoti jau 1h 30min pirms brokastu beigām.
Apmeklētājiem jāņem vērā apkārtne - tuvējo bāru apmeklētāji naktī mēdz būt skaļi.

Ubicación y atención excelente
Pros:

Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y nos lo solucionaron muy rápido, la amabilidad del personal, un día tuvimos una excursión muy pronto y nos prepararon un picnic muy completo. Ubicación muy buena

Pros:

Zeer aardige mensen, receptie,ontbijt. Zorgde voor een ontbijt dat klaarstond om mee te nemen om 06.00 uur. Elke dag schone kamers. Heerlijk met airco. Heerlijk ontbijt, niet giga uitgepakt maar goed verzorgd.
Locatie prima, vlakbij het centrum. We hebben vanuit het hotel alles kunnen belopen.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets,misschien de bedden. Die waren een beetje goedkoop materiaal. Toch redelijk kunnen slapen.
