Bardzo udany pobyt. Hotel zadbany i komfortowy, pokój czysty, a obsługa miła i pomocna.
Pros:

Śniadanie bardzo dobre i różnorodne. Duży wybór świeżych produktów, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wszystko było smaczne i estetycznie podane.

Cons:

Jedyną rzeczą, która trochę mi przeszkadzała, było to, że obsługa witała gości w języku angielskim. Wydaje mi się, że w polskim hotelu naturalne byłoby rozpoczęcie rozmowy po polsku, a dopiero w przypadku stwierdzenia, że gość jest obcokrajowcem, przejście na język angielski.

Kiedy odwiedzamy inne kraje, jesteśmy zazwyczaj witani w języku danego kraju i jest to dla nas czymś zupełnie naturalnym. Myślę, że warto również w Polsce pielęgnować nasz język i kulturę. Szczególnie że możliwość swobodnego posługiwania się językiem polskim ma dla nas również znaczenie historyczne.

To oczywiście drobna uwaga, ale mam nadzieję, że w przyszłości język polski będzie pierwszym językiem kontaktu z polskimi gośćmi.

Perfecto, hotel ideal para alojarse en Cracovia
Pros:

Habitación grande, con nevera y tetera para hacer café o te. Obsequio de agua . Lavabo con jabón y secador . En el vestíbulo dan café, te y agua gratuito a los huépedes. Zona céntrica y tranquila . Muy buen servicio ,desayuno correcto . Personal amable y servicial .

Pros:

Le stanze sono pulite e ben insonorizzate. La colazione molto buona e varia. Il condizionatore autonomo è molto silenzioso.
Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere la camera davanti alla scuola di danza classica e aprire la finestra è sentire la musica e vedere prove di danza è stato molto piacevole

Forse il WC troppo basso ma è solo per scrivere qualcosa 😊

Consigliato per qualità e prezzo
Pros:

Pulizia, colazione e il posto strategico nel centro storico. Staff disponibile e a supporto dei clienti. In particolare il giorno 13 agosto di mattina un ragazzo di cui non ricordo il nome con professionalità e competenza ci ha evitato di perdere l'aereo in quanto il transfer per l'aeroporto non si è presentato all'appuntamento. Consigliatissimo

Bardzo przyjemny hotel w sercu Krakowa
Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa, czysto i schludnie, duże, klimatyzowane pokoje, pyszne śniadania. Do tego znakomita lokalizacja, ogólnodostępny ekspres do kawy na recepcji. Byłam już w kilku hotelach w Krakowie, na pewno tutaj wrócę. Polecam ♥️

Centro de Krakovia con espalda molida
Pros:

Céntrico, a pocos pasos de la plaza del mercado y a unos metros del parque.

Cons:

El desayuno muy escueto, poca cantidad.
Las camas muy incómodas, los colchones excesivamente trillados.
Cuando vienes de vacaciones a una ciudad como esta con las atracciones de caminar, pasear o subir escalones, deberías pensar en algún sitio con descanso reparador.

Una estancia estupenda en Cracovia

El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca del centro, lo que resulta muy cómodo para visitar la ciudad y moverse a pie. La habitación estaba muy limpia y cuidada, y todo el hotel transmitía una sensación de tranquilidad y comodidad.

El desayuno fue otro de los puntos fuertes, con bastante variedad y productos de buena calidad. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor fue el personal: todos fueron muy amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

En general, una experiencia muy agradable. Sin duda, repetiríamos y lo recomendamos para una estancia en Cracovia
