Excellent place close to Old Town and Market Square

Friendly staff. Very clean room, the whole property seems very recent renovation. Nice bistro with tasty and moderately priced breakfast.

Ideális pár napos krakkói látogatáshoz.
Pros:

A belvároshoz nagyon közel, szuper helyen található a szállás. Modern, kényelmes berendezés, mint a képeken. Reggeli a szomszédos kávézóban, nem svédasztalos, de bőséges. Van hagyományosabb és különlegesebb is.

Pleasant, great location
Pros:

Great location, lovely area opposite the library with lovely park behind. Just a short walk to old town with multiple options for food and bars and restaurants a-plenty. Supermarket close by.
Modern decor has been beautifully finished but needs to be maintained, already showing signs of wear and tear.
Quirky coffee shop attached where you take breakfast to order. Hotel has very attentive staff, pleasant and polite.
Comfortable bed.
Free left luggage facility which is a real bonus when you are leaving later in the day.

Cons:

Odd shaped room with uncomfortable sofa placed very close to wall mounted tv. Feels like you are in an i-max cinema. Maybe this is just the layout in apartment 42. Bathroom can flood when you shower - be careful it's slippy.
Bed pillows are lumpy, bumpy and need replacing with newer models. Only given one each which seems mean and had to ask for more which were equally lumpy.
Franchised coffee shop need more kitchen staff? 40 mins wait for breakfast at times, could they prioritize hotel occupants? Counter staff very pleasant but it must be difficult for them to repeatedly inform and dissappoint. Food quality and quantity very good when arrives!

No tea towels or wash up cloths. A dishwasher but only provided one dish washer tablet for 4 day stay. We did take some of our own.
Overall a pleasant stay.

You won’t be sorry choosing this location in Krakow!
Pros:

Large units, all the amenities, quiet and in a superb location near Krakow Old Town but far enough removed to be peaceful. Eva at the front desk is a sweetheart and very welcoming.

Cons:

It was all just perfect.

Proximity to the old town. Very helpful staff. Cleanliness of room. Lift is big plus. Can book the place again on next trip. Recommendable place to stay.

Cons:

Skylight on the bedroom. Blinding in the morning. Kitchen wares like utensils, bowls can be improved.
