Pros:

El desayuno era variado y de calidad. Chiara muy amable nos esperó en la puerta para enseñarnos donde poder aparcar el coche en un parking cubierto.
Las instalaciones son buenas y nuevas.

Cons:

El colchón y la almohada nos resultaron incómodos. Además hay un extractor en el baño que se encendía en mitad la noche con el sonido que conlleva.
La habitación da a un patio interior y entra muy poca luz.

excellent sejour
Pros:

excellent appartement! accueil parfait par chiara.
nous a réservé une place de parking pour la voiture.
appartement très confortable, propre, une cuisine partagée, chambre équipée avec cafetière et le nécessaire, salle de douche à l’extérieur de la chambre mais privée.
le plus est le roof top pour le copieux petit déjeuner avec vue sur l’etna et tout cela à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et dans une résidence calme.
je recommande vivement cet appartement!

Pros:

Accueil de qualité, nous sommes arrivés en retard mais Chiara nous a accueilli avec le sourire et nous a réservé une place de parking.emplacement parfait pour visiter Catane. Rapport qualité/prix intéressant.

Cons:

C'est une chambre dans un appartement donc forcément bruillant. La ventilation est fort bruyante et se déclenche souvent

Baño fatal
Pros:

El personal muy amable y el espacio amplio.
Ls ubicación aceptable.

Cons:

El baño estaba fatal. No había mampara y para ducharte salía un mínimo chorro. Además las paredes son muy finas y se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones.

Gentilezza dello staff- Posizione - Pulizia -- Colazione abbastanza varia- Arredamento piacevole

Cons:

Non aver potuto depositare 2 piccoli zaini prima del check in, costringendoci ad usufruire del loro servizio navetta, dopo il quale, magicamente abbiamo depositato gli zaini per poi fare il check in.

Chambre propre et calme à proximité du centre ville
Pros:

très bien situé, centre ville accessible à pied en quelques minutes
parking gratuit sous la résidence (penser à réserver),
petit déjeuner varié et copieux servi sur le roof top
chambre propre et spacieuse. Notre chambre donnait sur la cour intérieur donc très calme. Chambre climatisée.
ménage fait tous les jours

Cons:

baignoire bouchée (mais le problème a été solutionné très rapidement) et manque de pression dans le mitigeur
le Wifi aurait été un plus
si les voisins sont bruyants, c'est assez sonore (ce qui n'a pas été notre cas heureusement)

Pros:

room with a shared kitchen and a private bathroom. Big enough for a family of 4 and comfortable beds and bathroom. The parking was available and the breakfast was fresh and very nice. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

Cons:

There was no refrigerator in the room but the hostess allowed us to use the shared kitchen area so everything was settled

Parking and good breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a good selection of savoury options, including eggs, which is quite rare here. We really appreciated that.

The underground parking, included in the price, was extremely convenient and was one of the main reasons I chose this place.

The property is also very conveniently located, within easy reach of the city centre.
