Staff fantastic and supportive Hassan just great manager. Hotel Clean and Quiet
Nothing
The location was great!! Beautiful building and friendly staff. Great value for money
Parts of the hotel are a little dated but it looks like renovations are taking place! Despite it being an old building it was very clean
The manager could not be more helpful, went above and beyond if any question or difficulty. This made the stay extremely relaxing. Excellent value for money. The views from the front over look the park which is beautiful. Nice to be able to sit outside. Had an outstanding breakfast at a very reasonable cost. It was a last minute stay for me so I just wanted a clean and comfortable bed which is exactly what I got. It was an extremely busy bank holiday weekend so I was fortunate the manager did everything to make my stay the best it could be.
Admittedly the hotel bedrooms do need some updating but being a big hotel and the manager has not been at the hotel for a long period of time work is being done to improve this. The breakfast room only just opened whilst I was there and I had a tour of the rooms that have just a week ago opened. The rooms for weddings and party’s are exceptional.
I can see this hotel is going to go from standard to exceptional as time passes. For the price you just could not complain.
The hotel manager is very accommodating and welcoming. The director suite is a lovely room overlooking the park in a quiet part of the hotel.
Staff was very good, especially the manager Mr Hassan was extremely cooperative and polite. Heating and all facilities were excellent. Breat value for money. Location is very good.
Some more cleaning of the carpets will greatly improve the whole hotel.

Falta de aire acondicionado
Absolutely nothing. This hotel was presented as a 4* hotel but is just a glorified HMO. In fact, a well managed HMO would even do better!
Walked in and was shocked. Run down, no one at the reception, manager ran down carrying a laptop in beach slippers, looking so scruffy. I told and booking.com that there was no way I was going to spend a night in that property. Run down and zero security. He immediately offered me a reduction for the night, ridiculous.
Was greeted by freindly staff who also let us check in early as we arrived early was very helpful the room was brilliant lots of space clean perfect for us all would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone i will be booking again for a longer stay next time thank you to the staff for making it a comfortable stay
It’s being renovated with good features.
It was messy when we arrived. No receptionist. However, we were one hour early.
Comfortable and clean room
Hotel a little run down overall.
lovely place and the manager was amazing, helped us with everything we needed. Lovely area very close to shops and park right outside. definitely would book again
The only positive about this hotel was the location, which is situated in the Aigburth area of Liverpool.
This is by far the worst accommodation that I have ever stayed in!
Before arriving I asked the Hotel that one of the rooms was accessible for a wheelchair-bound guest. On arrival we were told that this room was situated down stairs making it completely inaccessible. We were allocated a room that was accessible by lift, however this was incredibly small and cramped, barely fitting the wheelchair inside. The room itself was down a corridor which was far too narrow to access by wheelchair. It was dingy and dirty, with dust on almost every surface and corners of the room. The bathroom door could not be fully opened as the bed blocked it from doing so. When we arrived back at the hotel in the evening we found the room to be far too hot, and attempted to adjust the heating by turning down the radiator. However the dial of the radiator was both hidden behind a wardrobe and broken off. At this stage we were extremely uncomfortable with the heat and so attempted to open the window. We found when trying to open the window it was solidly stuck down so we contacted the reception to ask for assistance. When the receptionist arrived, he had to forcibly open the window, at which point we discovered the window had been nailed shut. Even with the window open, this did not help to cool the room with the radiator still functioning at maximum heat capacity. We then had to request a fan. We slept incredibly poorly.
At checkout, our friend who was staying in another room (Room 7), informed the receptionist that he had been electrocuted by an exposed wire whilst attempting to turn off a light switch by his bed. When this information was relayed to the receptionist he did not seem surprised, and simply replied "oh no". We found both the state of this hotel and the attitude of the staff to be absolutely reprehensible, and this hotel is quite simply a death trap.
The hotel (if you could call it that) is clearly not as advertised & I'm absolutely amazed that Booking.
The location was perfect for sightseeing around the local area. We were able to check in early. Staff were very helpful.
The staff were very friendly especially Hassan
