Great, cleant and friendly place with comfortable beds.
Pros:

The staff was so kind and helpful our entire stay there. I would only choose this hotel for future visits. The beds were so comfortable.

Wenn keine Renovierungsarbeiten mehr stattfinden und wir wieder nach Stuttgart kommen, würden wir erneut in diesem Hotel
Pros:

Lage: Sehr zentral, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss von der Königsstrasse (Shopping) entfernt. Sehr viele Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in der Nähe, die zu Fuss perfekt erreichbar sind.
Hygiene: Sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war komplett neu renoviert und roch noch deutlich nach „neu“ – einerseits positiv, andererseits beim Einschlafen etwas unangenehm. Mit offenem Fenster ging es jedoch gut.
Parking: 20 € pro Tag, Tiefgaragenparkplätze vorhanden.
Personal: Zwei junge Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr nett.
Komfort: bequemes Bett, grosses Dreibettzimmer.

Cons:

Für uns hat ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer gefehlt.
Das Hotel wird derzeit renoviert, wodurch es teilweise auch nachts laut war (vermutlich durch Anlieferungen). Ab etwa 07:30 Uhr wurde es ebenfalls deutlich lauter.
Daher fanden wir, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz stimmig war, für die aktuelle Situation.

La posizione vicina al centro, camera molto spaziosa

Cons:

L'hotel è in corso di ristrutturazione e il parcheggio al momento non ha molti posti. E' molto comodo al centro ma di sera non è proprio in una posizione silenziosa (discoteca vicino)

Im Hotel werden Renovationsarbeiten durchgeführt (wir wurden im Voraus nicht darüber informiert). Kein offizieller Hoteleingang/keine Rezeption, kein Restaurant, kein Frühstück, Baulärm ab 8:30 Uhr, starker Farbgeruch im Zimmer, Fernseher nicht verfügbar. Eingang zum Hotel über einen Hinterhof (umständlich und unseriös), ein Schreibtisch im engen Treppenhaus beim Hintereingang war die Rezeption, dort war eine Person anwesend.
