A pleasant stay with very friendly and supportive staff
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming on arrival and couldn’t do enough for us as guests throughout our stay. The room was first class and very well presented. We had a very enjoyable dinner and there was plenty of choice at breakfast. There is limited parking at the hotel but we were fortunate enough to arrive early and found a space. There is parking on the road in front of the hotel but the parking is only free from 6.p.m. Until 9 a.m, the following morning. We would stay there again if we return to the Oban area.

Das Frühstück war gut. Wurde aber nur widerwillig nachgefüllt. Die Lage ist topp! Blick auf das Meer und die vorbei fahrenden Schiffe!

Cons:

Das angebotene KingSize Bett entpuppte sich als französisches Doppelbett. Es war schwierig eine zweite Decke zu beschaffen. Am Ende hatten wir zwei Doppeldecken, wovon eine gern man auf dem Boden oder Kofferbord ( schmutzig) abgelegt wurde. Auf dem Foto die Betten nach dem Housekeeping. Der Boden wurde nur sporadisch gereinigt. Der Parkplatz war immer voll. Kostenlose Parkplätze nicht in der Nähe.

All well prepared and presented Breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful. Room view was relaxing.

Fabulous stay. Very welcoming.
Pros:

Pretty much everything. Vanessa was really friendly on checking and upgraded us to room 1 which is a lovely room with a bay window overlooking the sea. Parking was easy on site. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

I would just ask the owners to check if the jacuzzi bath works properly. We couldn’t get it working but since we had not originally booked a room with a jacuzzi bath we could hardly complain! It was still a nice deep bath.

Central location and super views from the front facing rooms.
Pros:

Centrally located and parking on site. The ladies at reception were wonderful and gave me a very warm welcome. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There were a few issues for maintenance that I highlighted on checking out. Nothing major but just inconvenient. I hope they act on my input for room 3.
