Cons:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean room, comfy beds. Nice touch with the complimentary water and fresh fruit. Seafront views and a lovely, short walk to the shops and sights. Lovely hotel.

Cons:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there was nothing that displeased us and we will definitely stay again.

Very dissapointed. Lift not working and no idea when it will be repaired. Tv not working and took over 3 hours to attend

The morning staff were good . Breakfast was good and rooms were clean.

Cons:

Lift out of order so had to climb a lot of stairs. Tv broken and took over 3 hours and numerous trips up and down stairs to have it fixed. Key stopped working twice and again up and down stairs to have it fixed. Not good as my friend has a bad hip . Were offered another room but another 2 floors up which we declined as no lift. Evening staff took over 3 hours to attend to TV

Not bad value, but a great location and if you have a room a the front great views
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and a jacuzzi was unexpected

Cons:

Lift not working, as mentioned in other reviews, I would have preferred a wider selection for the continental breakfast, rolls instead of sliced bread and a coffee machine lather than a flask

Pros:

Vanessa was an asset to this hotel. Very professional and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location by the seaside. Very comfortable bed and great view from the massive windows in our room. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Cons:

Toilet was a little cramped. Restaurant food was basic.
