Clean nice hotel will use it again

Location to Oban center was good

Cons:

Elevator wasn't working and we got put on the top floor
Breakfast was not great, no yoghurts left, milk was warm, no clean teaspoons, coffee jugs were not labeled.
Plug sockets in the room were either on the weirdest places or non-existent

Great location
Pros:

Location excellent- 10 mins walk into main town. Bedroom overlooked the bay so beautiful at night. Good selection of food for breakfast. All staff pleasant and very helpful

Room was clean..

Cons:

Upon check in we were asked to register our card details, even though room was already paid for. When we asked why, no answer was given..
Room was clean .
We had booked a superior junior suite,
Room was up a flight of stairs and the view was of roof of bottom of hotel..
Rudely awakened at 6.45am every morning by the loud noise coming from extractor fan from kitchen, which was right outside our window..
Also, the room next door was being used by staff,
12am every morning, door banged as they entered their room and also again at 6.30am when they went back on duty..
We have stayed in other Muthu hotels in Oban and Fort William and enjoyed our stays in both, bit Queens hotel was very disappointing.

Perfect place (parking)to.
Pros:

Vanessa (reception)and dinner i think overworked buy very nice smile and nothing was a problem for her bar was compacted but nice and relaxed atmosphere .bar nice and friendly .room clean nice.

Cons:

Room 12 had some noise in think from outside air con or humming from somewhere.but did not spoil.our room time

There was free parking at the hotel and our room had a fantastic view
