Overall hotel lovely, clean and tidy and check in staff lovely. Check out staff not so helpful.

Local was excellent, room was clean and tidy, nice touch with the tea, coffee and water in the room. Check in was simple and easy. Hotel clean and tidy overall a lovely stay

Cons:

The shower pressure was extremely low, (room 44). Would have liked to report it to reception on check out but she was too busy on a personal call hiding in the bar area, to deal with me . Check out experience not helpful

Cons:

Se oían mucho los ruidos de la gente de otras habitaciones, de hablar y de mover cosas. Estaba roto el ascensor, aunque de eso, estábamos prevenidos.

Una struttura terribile, datata, sporca, con cattivo odore, il bagno sporco con residui di capelli…la moquette sporca, le tende ancor di più..la colazione pessima, cibo di poca qualità, e scarso, abbiamo resistito perché gli altri hotel non avevano disponibilità… di cuore lo sconsiglio vivamente!

Pros:

De locatie is top en de stad is goed breekbaar te voet, verder zijn er genoeg opties als je in de stad uit eten wil. Wij zijn na de lunch naar "het colosseum" geweest, zeker de moeite waard.

Cons:

we hadden in 1 kamer een kapot raam, maar er is geprobeerd om deze te herstellen en we kregen een ander kamer aangeboden.
