Fantastic adults-only hotel with lovely staff, spotless apartments, great food, immaculate pool.
Pros:

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were lovely, the apartment was spotless and the extra touches like fruit, water, toiletries and slippers were a really nice surprise. The pool area was immaculate and the food was lovely too and reasonably priced. The location is fantastic, 15 min walk to the beach, 7 min walk to great restaurants.

Cons:

Honestly nothing — we had a fantastic stay.

De accomodaties zelf is prima,

Helaas een zeer teleurstellende ervaring en absoluut niet wat ik had verwacht — zeker niet omdat ik vorig jaar ook al hier verbleef.

Tijdens mijn vorige verblijf waren er al problemen. Wij werden destijds in een kamer geplaatst waar vrijwel niets aanwezig was en die totaal niet overeenkwam met wat verwacht mocht worden. Toen wij dit netjes bij de receptie aangaven, werden wij direct zeer onvriendelijk te woord gestaan door de eigenaresse. Uiteindelijk heeft Booking.com samen met een medewerker moeten bemiddelen om de situatie op te lossen. Omdat dit uiteindelijk redelijk werd opgepakt, besloot ik deze accommodatie toch opnieuw een kans te geven.

Maar helaas bleek dit opnieuw een grote teleurstelling.

Bij aankomst trof ik direct meerdere gebreken aan in de kamer. De jacuzzi was volledig vies en duidelijk niet goed schoongemaakt. Daarnaast vielen de gordijnen letterlijk van de muur af, wat niet bepaald de indruk geeft van een verzorgde of goed onderhouden accommodatie.

Daarnaast merk je op meerdere punten dat er flink is ingeleverd op service. Vorig jaar hingen er nog netjes badjassen in de kamer, passend bij de luxe uitstraling die werd beloofd. Deze keer waren deze verdwenen en konden ze alleen nog gekocht worden voor €25 per stuk. Dat voelt eerlijk gezegd nogal vreemd bij een privé suite in deze prijsklasse. Wat is vervolgens de bedoeling — moet je die badjas dan maar in een toch al overvolle koffer proppen of ermee het vliegtuig in stappen?

Ook viel het op dat roomservice al vanaf 21:00 uur niet meer beschikbaar is. Dat vind ik persoonlijk erg vreemd voor een hotel/private suite die zichzelf een luxe uitstraling aanmeet. Juist bij een accommodatie in dit segment verwacht je op z’n minst ruimere service of duidelijke verwachtingen vooraf.

Wat voor mij uiteindelijk de druppel was, is de manier waarop ik behandeld werd.

Проект апартаментов сделан так, что спальня к спальне, гостиная к гостиной и ,соответсвенно, все звуки спальни соседнего номера будете слышать так,будто и нет разделяющей стены .

Pros:

The hotel is quite new and has a modern feel. The location is good, about a 20-minute walk from the old town. There are still some imperfections that come with a newly opened hotel, but overall the experience was pleasant. The spa area is nice and visually appealing, although it is not very quiet because the restaurant staff frequently walk through the area. On the positive side, the views from the hotel are beautiful and definitely one of its highlights.

Pros:

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel, sowohl das Haus als auch der Garten und der Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal und Service. Die Nähe zum Zentrum von Side ist sehr gut. Rundum schöner Aufenthalt-man kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Der Shuttle zum Coppa Beach war perfekt. Coppa Beach ist ein sehr gepflegtes Resort, wo Getränke und Speisen bis zur Liege am Strand serviert werden. Auch dort haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.👍

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at this hotel.
Pros:

This hotel is in a very central location. The staff are all very helpful. I like the fact you can collect a fresh pool or beach towel everyday from the SPA and its very relaxing being around the pool area.
The staff in the spa are lovely. I had a truly wonderful hot stone health massage from Sophia which was exceptional value for money, I felt wonderful afterwards.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok, however the choice was limited.
