Pros:

- Quite possibly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, it was beautiful. 

- Exceptionally clean and modern rooms. 

- Absolutely huge room, which was thoughtfully layed out. 

- Rooftop pool was absolutely fantastic and very clean. The view from the infinity pool was great and the pool was open till 12am, we enjoyed going in the evening after a day of exploring when the city was lit up. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar too. 

- All the staff were exceptional, very attentive and welcoming. Always greeted us on arrival and were always on hand to help. 

- We used the laundry service which was 20 RM per kg, which was returned in less than 2 days. 

- Great location about 15 minute walk to the main old town streets/street art but plenty of amenities closer by.

Thank you for an absolutely fantastic stay. We were so sad when we had to leave, could have stayed forever. Would highly recommend booking this hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Appreciate they have to cater to a large variety of cuisines but a better fresh fruit selection would have been nice. It was enough to keep us going for a couple hours until we could enjoy great food elsewhere in George Town.

Almost perfect !
Pros:

Overall is superb!
I booked 2 rooms which are interconnected rooms. The room are clean
The infinity swimming pool is amazing!
Starts from 6am till 12am, they are very thoughtful in terms of heated pool.
Everyone included young kids can enjoy swimming in the early morning or late night without catch a cold
I LOVE THE HEATED POOL THE MOST
I will surely be back again with families or friends
And will ONLY choose to stay at this hotel when I come to penang
Last but not least , this hotel is highly recommended !
All the staffs, from front desk receptionist to security abangs & restaurant(breakfast)all are well trained, super friendly and helpful 👍🏻

Cons:

There are No negative comments about this hotel other than car park 😅

The car park is super narrow, the way from ground up to the parking level is a spiral design ( can you imagine) if you drive a 7 seater car with poor driving skill, you gonna think twice or have other solution
But the staff here were finally solved our problem.

Einfach nur wow

Das erste Mal, dass ich mich in einem Hotel wirklich rundum wohlgefühlt habe. Vom Empfang über die Reinigungskräfte bis hin zu den Mitarbeitern am Pool. Alle waren immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatten ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Man hat sich einfach willkommen gefühlt.
Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend. Es gab eine riesige Auswahl – sowohl europäische Speisen als auch viele lokale Gerichte. Besonders die Nudelgerichte und das Roti Canai waren unglaublich lecker. Außerdem gibt es sogar eine Noodle Station und eine Egg Station, wo alles frisch zubereitet wird.
Manche beschweren sich über den Geruch im Hotel, aber meiner Meinung nach riecht es einfach nach Sauberkeit. Das ganze Hotel wirkt sehr gepflegt und hygienisch.
Auch der Pool und das Fitnessstudio waren super und haben einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
