Fabulous!
Pros:

We had a stylish room with a comfortable bed. The hotel was in a convenient location, only a few minutes walk from Göreme town centre.
The breakfast was great with lots of things to choose from.
The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful.
We had a wonderful view of all the balloons taking off from the hotel roof terrace.
The hotel also booked us to attend a Turkish dance night, which was truly wonderful. We were transported there in a very luxurious vehicle with padded seats. The dances took place in a cave, which was very atmospheric. The food at the Turkish dance night was absolutely gorgeous.

Cons:

Would have preferred to eat breakfast a little earlier than the 8:30 start time.

Une pure merveille au coeur de Göreme
Pros:

Tout est absolument parfait : la propreté est irréprochable et la décoration, d'un goût exquis, est en total accord avec les photos. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du centre de Göreme. Mais le moment le plus incroyable reste le réveil, avec le spectacle grandiose de centaines de montgolfières qui volent juste autour de l'hôtel. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur sourire et leur aide précieuse pour l'organisation de nos excursions. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Sauber und modern, aber mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck: modern, sauber, mit sehr freundlichem Personal und einem guten Frühstück, bei dem täglich wechselnde warme Speisen angeboten wurden.

Cons:

Leider entspricht der tatsächliche Zustand des Hotels jedoch derzeit nicht den Bildern, da es sich offenbar noch teilweise im Baustellenmodus befindet.

Wir hatten zwei Junior-Suiten gebucht. In beiden Zimmern hingen Kabel aus den Wänden, die Möbel wirkten eher minderwertig und es fehlten praktische Dinge wie Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern oder Kleidung. Im gesamten Zimmer - vor allem jedoch im Bad und in der Dusche - fehlten Ablageflächen. Besonders enttäuschend war das Badezimmer: In der Dusche gab es keine Lüftung, und die vorgesehene Öffnung wurde provisorisch mit einer Toilettenpapierrolle verschlossen.

Leider wurden zudem unsere Zimmer während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts (4 Nächte) nicht einmal gereinigt oder zumindest mal der Müll geleert.

Obwohl das Hotel so neu ist, ist uns negativ aufgefallen, wie extrem hellhörig das gesamte Hotel ist. Man bekommt im Zimmern nicht nur alles mit, was auf dem Flur passiert, sondern teilweise sogar die Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern.

Schade war außerdem, dass die Dachterrasse nicht in Betrieb war und auch die Außenbereiche vor dem Hotel nicht vorbereitet wurden. Während die umliegenden Hotels nach einem Regenschauer ihre Außenbereiche schnell wieder herrichteten und Gäste weiterhin bewirteten, bot dieses Hotel keinerlei Möglichkeit, den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen.

Für uns war es daher eher eine reine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit als ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen oder Verweilen.

Das Personal ist freundlich, warmherzig. Für Fragen und Antworten offen. Sie lassen es einem an nichts fehlen.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, vieles an Gebäck (herzhaft und süß) selbstgemacht ;)
Das Zentrum, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Aussichtspunkt auf ganz Göreme ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Mein Sohn und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes à peine du centre ville, tout en restant très calme. Le niveau de service est excellent, le personnel est aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour parfait. Le matin, la vue depuis la terrasse est spectaculaire avec les montgolfières qui passent juste devant nous. On domine tout Göreme, le panorama est à couper le souffle. Une expérience à vivre absolumnt.
