Great location to stay at during gentse feesten or for a city trip

Right in the city centre, great location and easy access and communication. Great kitchen en bad rooms

Disappointed
Pros:

Location was good but that was about it. Checking in was confusing with the key code.

Cons:

We booked two rooms. One room was smelling very bad perhaps of some substance or weed. There was nobody there to complain to. After two days we asked for cleaner towels. The towels provided were washed but smelling of dampness.

Pros:

Nice lady to help us get in the room. The location was very nice. The room was fairly clean.

Cons:

The shower drain was clogged so all the water went out of the shower and i had to clean everything up.

Mostly happy with the stay.
Pros:

Nice and central.

Cons:

Pillow in room 111 was smelling really bad and the wall in the bathroom at the basin was full of toothpaste splash and toilet was used and not flushed. Other room the toilet seat was loose but other than that it was all good.
