Le confort, l’accueil du personnel, la décoration de la chambre, la propreté

Great staff, clean hotel, great location. I would recommend earplugs
Pros:

The staff and service were great! The hotel was clean and the room spacious. Location was perfect for taking the ferries the next day and almost right next to the bus stop of x96 on the way to Pireus.

Cons:

The hotel is noisy. When someone walked past the room it sounds like they walk right pass you even if you’re no where near the door. When someone in the room next door showered or flushed the toilet it was as if done in one’s own room. Also I was assigned the room next to the dinning hall, where preparations start at 6am, making it impossible to sleep any longer with staff having to prepare breakfast including preparing all cutlery, plates etc.

Pros:

Excelent locations, steps from the ferry gate we need and still on a quiet street. New and nice hoel. Big shower cubical.

Cons:

The previous time we were in this hotel we had a bigger room. This time the room was a bit too small.

Location was great, especially if you are booked in to take the ferry the next day. Room and lobby were clean, beds comfortable. Staff (especially Eleni) were amazing. So lovely and welcoming. We only stayed one night and left very early so we were unable to use the other facilities but they looked great.

Cons:

Although the room was definitely clean, there was a bit of a strong damp smell coming from the bathroom. Didn’t really affect our stay- we just kept the door to the bathroom closed- which we always do anyway.
