Apartment close to station
Pros:

Close to train station, very fast for transit to other locations, it was clean, check in was easy.

Cons:

You still need to climb stairs up to elevator and the stops are between floors, so there are another half-flight of stairs to take to the rooms, which is something to take into consideration if you have very heavy luggage.

It was very convenient location Wei’s everything thing was very near by.

Very beautiful and comfy enough but lacking some function.
Pros:

- gorgeous interiors
- nice location close to shops and restaurants
- soap smelt incredible
- coffee maker, kettle and fridge were very convenient

Cons:

- mattress was actually a foam pad so we were glad we didn’t stay more than 2 nights
- shower leaked under the door and water was a bit cold for a 2nd person to shower
- as others have mentioned, it’s pretty tight with luggage and there was a lack of storage (a few extra hooks for towels or purses and some small shelf space would be nice)

Lovely apartment in good location.
Pros:

Lovely apartment. Air conditioned. Good location for train station, tram lines and amenities.

Cons:

Quite compact. Small lift that still requires using a half flight of stairs.

Great stay for 1 night, top location right near Nice train station
Pros:

Very very modern with all new design inside, was very welcome

Cons:

Toilet door was mirrored and very thin. Room was a bit small

Pros:

The room was fabulous, air con amazing and bed was comfy. The are is midst lots of shops too

Cons:

I think the building was partially residential, which was fine, inside of the building was inkeeping with its age.
Only down side was the smell sometimes on the stairs but mainly in the lift. Very unpleasant!!
HOWEVER, I would not let it put me odd staying again, as this had nothing to do with the room!
