An Exceptional Hotel with Wonderful Service!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for just one night because of its convenient location near the airport. However, after experiencing the hotel and its wonderful surroundings, I would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful and beautiful location, with stunning views of the Bosphorus. The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax.

The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. What touched us the most was that they even prepared a takeaway breakfast bag for us because we had an early flight. Such thoughtful gestures truly make a difference and show how much they care about their guests.

We were genuinely impressed by the quality of the service and the warm hospitality we received. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Istanbul!

Pros:

Очень доброжелательная менеджер Cirin. Встретила меня поздно вечером. Утром накормила завтраком, хотя было очень рано . Помогла вызвать водителя для трансфера в аэропорт. С удовольствием воспользуюсь этим отелем еще раз.

We had a truly wonderful stay and were completely satisfied with everything. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very welcoming.

A special thank you to the reception staff, who were absolutely exceptional! They were always kind, friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed, arranged our transfers, answered all our questions, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Even though we spoke very little English, they were patient and always found a way to help us.

Their warm hospitality made our holiday even more memorable. We felt completely safe and welcome here. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for this amazing experience!

I loved my stay at Villa Business Hotel Istanbul Airport.The hotel’s transfer service is reasonably priced, and the location is ideal for relaxing between flights: close to the sea, quieter than the beachfront, and away from the city‑center hustle.
The room was clean, comfortable well‑equipped. The breakfast was great, with lots of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
A special thank you for the amazing coffee and Turkish lokum for my son — that little touch made everything even more special.
I’d definitely stay here again.
