Good stay
Pros:

Not noisy. Quiet outside. Close to station.
Good air conditioning, lovely staff. lovely welcome gift with prosecco and heartwarming cards.

Cons:

The toilet is small and hard to turn around.
The breakfast could be covered because there were always some flies. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very disappointing stay for one night as the single room was very small, the bed uncomfortable and the smell of detergents mixed with the smell of the old velvet curtains was very unpleasant. I had booked a non-refundable room for three nights, but unfortunately because of very sad unforeseen circumstances, i had to move hotels to be closer to my brother who was hospitalized after a very bad diving accident. The hotel management refused to reconsider its own rules and to reimburse me at least for two nights, which for me was an indication that profit matters for this hotel more than empathy and compassion. However, one of the receptionists, Dylan, was very kind and understanding and tried talking to his director. For the same price, you can find better deals in Nice.

The room and hallways were very old and dated. I dont think the pictures accurately represented the hotel. The AC was not working that well either.

Lovely friendly desk staff who fixed the wheel that had fallen off my suitcase with a huge toolkit
Pros:

Excellent variety, well set out and dining room cleaned quickly. Efficient staff. Fresh produce. Large dining room with good lighting. Lemoned cold water available in foyer and cake . Excellent standard compared to similar hotels.
