Breakfast could improve
We loved the breakfast selection, staffing and the location was central: Close to the train station, and a little walk to the beach. The area is vibrant, but our room was surprisingly silent, mostly because it was not facing the street.
While the bathroom was sized nicely, the room itself was small. With two pax and suitcases, the room is full.
If you plan to come by car you will need to budget for a paid parking. I paid EUR 168 for 4 days at the Qpark.
The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and positive. Special thanks to one tattooed receptionist whose name we didn't catch — he was quick to help us throughout our stay, always with a great attitude, and even arranged a lovely welcome surprise in our room together with the cleaning staff. We really appreciated it.
The location was excellent, with the train station just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to take day trips to other cities. The hotel location was clean and quiet, and there was a nice boulangerie just around the corner.
Our room was spacious and very clean, and it was cleaned daily.
The only minor drawback was the bathroom: some wall tiles had black spots, and the seams in the shower cubicle floor showed some black staining/wear.
Very good location, close to center and beach, nice and helpfull staff, specially mr.Delan from reception, he recomanded us good restaurants and all. Decent room, not luxury. Good breakfast.
The location is very good , there is the best bakery of the town around the corner . There are many shops nearby . 20 min walk to the beach . The room was pretty spacious and had everything necessary ( boiler , mini fridge , wardrobe etc ) . The shower was with very good water pressure . Everything was very clean . The personnel of the hotel is just amazing. We had very beautiful welcome note with macarons . Also the guy from reception was very friendly and gave us a lot of good advices about restaurants etc .
The only minus is bad smell coming from the sink and you can hear the noise from neighbor room ( there was an Indian family who were making a lot of noise )

Excellent hotel with outstanding reception staff. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and very helpful. The hotel offers great value for money considering the quality of the rooms, services, and location. We would happily stay here again.
Nothing in particular. Everything met our expectations.The only minor issue was that the room could have been a little quieter, but it did not affect our overall experience.

Great FOH staff, very accommodating. Bar stayed open so we could watch the World Cup too, although it was also on in our rooms. Great location in Nice. Altogether great stay.
Not the hotels issue but be aware of parking around here. It’s expensive but the hotel reduce your 24hr parking from 42euro to 28euro daily which helps.
