A stylish and comfortable stay with thoughtful touches, excellent staff, and great attention to detail
Pros:

The room was beautifully designed and very well maintained. I especially liked the practical open wardrobe, which made the room feel spacious and convenient. The bathroom was roomy, with a great shower, and I appreciated the wall hooks and the magnifying mirror, which were very useful. It was the little touches that really made a difference , there was a welcome gift on the bed when I arrived, and after housekeeping cleaned the room, they left chocolates for me. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

While the room was very well designed, it felt somewhat small for two guests. There wasn’t quite enough space for two large suitcases, which made the room feel a little cramped at times.

Good location, excellent staff, and excellent value for money, but rather small for a double room.
Pros:

Location, friendly and very helpful staff, cleanliness, and convenient location for the station.

Cons:

The particular room was a little small, and rather dimly lit, with an industrial view of an internal courtyard. There were some steps down to a ‘terrace’ comprising chairs and a table on artificial grass, but it remains an internal courtyard which is partly overlooked by other rooms. The room was advertised on Booking as a superior double with “City views”…..

For me the value was in the front of house staff support and the kindness I received …
Pros:

Great price this stay, was lovely to stay at a hotel as opposed to my usual choice of apartments.

Room on 4th floor was super peaceful which suited my last night of travel with my need for a good rest.

Location to amenities and tram/train for fast airport and city access perfect for my needs.

Fab firm mattress and tons of pillows and cushions

Accessibility bathroom is impressive

A lovely touch was the personalised message card and the complementary macarons on a slate plate. Yummy 😋

Cons:

Suggestion only as i have no real dislikes to mention.

Some chill background music in bar area would be more preferable to the news channel… More uplifting and appealing to make use of the ample
space there with tons of potential I feel.

Apart from that no quibbles…

Decent Hotel by Teain Station
Pros:

Location to train station. If you want to be by the beach, this is a 20 25 min walk. Staff were nice. Bag storage as we arrived early. Good air con in our room. There a bottle of shampoo/body wash all in one bottle in shower. Good shower, walk in and large. We had Room 107.

Cons:

When daughter went to her room, air con wasnt working. TV didn't work at all. Our TV did work but only news channels available.
