It felt like student accommodation. Very disappointing. There was no reception staff on. The reception was was abandoned, no staff anywhere. The reviews are misleading. It is not in a nice area and parking tough for unloading suitcases. Not near anything of interest, we only chose it as it was the closest we could get to the airport. We were lead to believe we could leave luggage with reception if room wasn't ready but on the day got a message about a luggage room and and told not to leave anything of value there! The sheets were like cardboard, everything was the cheapest quality. The free toiletries is misleading as well, a cream soap on the wall. The views of were of run down apartments, you had to look far to the dome pictured in the adverstising pictures. . There was people slamming doors all night long. I would avoid this property.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. After the reservation had already been paid for, the host demanded that I provide my credit card details, even though the booking had already been paid in full, and without providing those details it was impossible to complete the check-in process. I contacted Booking, and their representative confirmed that I should not share such information. Because I refused, the host cancelled the reservation while I was already on the plane. After landing, I discovered that I had nowhere to stay and had to urgently look for alternative accommodation.
On top of that, before handing over the keys, the host required guests to accept a very questionable set of terms and conditions, including clauses about the use of photos, videos, and CCTV footage in the context of disputes over reviews. There was no clear mention of such rules in the listing, so guests are effectively confronted with them at the very last stage.
I explained several times to the host that these practices were not in line with GDPR principles and Booking’s own rules, but without any result. The lack of transparency and the extremely unsafe timing of the cancellation completely disqualify this property

Mieszkanie miało widok na ścianę, następnym razem zarezerwuję na wyższym piętrze. Poza tym trochę uciążliwy był hałas z korytarza., trzaskanie drzwiami.

Widok z okna- mieliśmy balkon z balkonem i była bardzo mała odległość od sąsiadów- w ciągu dnia musieliśmy mieć zasłonięte rolety, by mieć trochę prywatności.
