Location is a 20-minute bus ride from the airport and Valletta

It smells very strongly of stale air and mold both in the room and in the hallway, which is dangerous for people with allergies.

Great vacation apartment spot
Pros:

Modern apartment, great view, balcony with table and chairs - great for chilling. Fully equipped kitchen. Great check in experience, free luggage room, excellent communication with the hosts. Close to bus stations and shops are 10 minutes away.

Cons:

Room curtains could be stronger, they don't block enough sunlight in the morning.

Pros:

The apartment is in a cozy place away from public events, perfect for a family with little kids. That being said, everything neccessary was close - supermarkets being 15min walking distance, many bakeries, corner shops, pubs being less than 15min walking distance. Beautiful streets adding to the charm of Qormi. Cheap public transportation to Valletta less than 1-minute walk from the apartment. Uber to downtown Valletta is around 11€. There is no better value for money, yet having every neccessity close to you.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. After the reservation had already been paid for, the host demanded that I provide my credit card details, even though the booking had already been paid in full, and without providing those details it was impossible to complete the check-in process. I contacted Booking, and their representative confirmed that I should not share such information. Because I refused, the host cancelled the reservation while I was already on the plane. After landing, I discovered that I had nowhere to stay and had to urgently look for alternative accommodation.
On top of that, before handing over the keys, the host required guests to accept a very questionable set of terms and conditions, including clauses about the use of photos, videos, and CCTV footage in the context of disputes over reviews. There was no clear mention of such rules in the listing, so guests are effectively confronted with them at the very last stage.
I explained several times to the host that these practices were not in line with GDPR principles and Booking’s own rules, but without any result. The lack of transparency and the extremely unsafe timing of the cancellation completely disqualify this property

Pros:

Zdecydowanym plusem obiektu była czystość w tym: wymiana ręczników, pościeli, odświeżenie pokoju. W pokoju znajdowały się wszystkie sprzęty kuchenne potrzebne do pobytu takie jak ekspres do kawy, czajnik, mikrofalówka, suszarka czy pralka oraz klimatyzacja, którą docenilismy w takich temperaturach.

Cons:

Minusem była kwestia braku zapasu kawy - ekspres był, ale na wkłady - wkłady dostępne były u personelu, natomiast trzeba było akurat trafić na Pana zajmującego się utrzymaniem pokoi, żeby o to poprosić. Widok był równie średni - mieliśmy widok na balkon domostwa z przeciwnej strony, przez co było to średnio przyjemne i zaburzalo poczucie prywatności. Spore obawy wzbudzal także proces rejestracji online - udostępnianie zdjecia dowodu osobistego wzbudziło nasze podejrzenia - niemniej polecam zasłonić numer PESEL.
