Review Highlights

Pros:
Large, comfortable rooms / nice atmosphere
Polite and responsive staff
Good amenities (including smart TV)
Breakfast and unique sweets included
Good value / cost performance
Close to Huis Ten Bosch (convenient for that attraction)
Cons:
Cleaning issues (hair, found contact lens, insufficient cleaning)
Location can be inconvenient without a car
Some rooms: hard bed or small bath
Unexpected 'love hotel' style for some guests (adult-only impression / lack of visible staff)

Categories

Cleanliness

Multiple reviews mention poor cleaning (hair from previous guest, found contact lens, general cleaning issues), so cleanliness is notably negative.

Location
1
Mixed mentions: convenient for Huis Ten Bosch but several comments note the location is inconvenient without a car, so slightly negative overall.
Room Quality
1
Generally positive (large, comfortable rooms, nice atmosphere), with a few minor negatives (hard bed, slightly small bath).
Amenities
1
Mentioned positively: well-equipped amenities, smart TV, and convenient amenity offerings.
Value for Money
1
Several guests commented that the price with breakfast/sweets was good and the hotel offered good cost performance.
Food and Beverage
1
Positive notes about unique sweets and tasty offerings, but fewer mentions than other positives, so mildly positive.
Overall Experience
1
Overall sentiment is positive (guests enjoyed their stay, many say they would return), though cleanliness issues detract from the experience.
