très bien sur tout les points.
Pros:

Magnifique petit déjeuner, service agréable et propreté impeccable. Le prix est un peu élevé pour trois personnes, mais devient tout à fait correct pour un groupe plus nombreux. Merci.

Cons:

L’emplacement du parking nous a été communiqué trop tard. Sans réseau en venant de l’étranger, nous n’avons pas pu nous y rendre directement et avons dû marcher avec nos bagages. Il devrait être indiqué clairement sur Booking.

Smakfull och modern lägenhet i autentisk gammal stil
Pros:

Mycket bra läge i gamla stan och nära sjön. Skön personal. God frukost. Välutrustat kök för att vara så litet. Mycket trevligt inredd lägenhet i flera plan.

Fantastiskt boende i fantastisk stad
Pros:

Läget. Som en hemlig dörr mitt i gamla stan hittade man in hit. Här sköter man sig själv men varje dag blev lgh städad som vanligt. Lugnt. Lgh var topp-utrustad med två toaletter, hamam dusch, komplett kök. Vi hade balkong. Varje morgon stod en picknick-korg utanför dörren med frukost och nybakade bröd.

Pros:

If smb is going to call / rank it a 5 star hotel, that would be a bad joke

Cons:

The staff is actually NON-existent in the evening. There is NOBODY, and if you have any issue whatsoever at 10 or 11 pm - you will suffer like hell before getting smb's reply. Getting smb on location would take ages................ 5 starts ?????????????? Really???????????? It is more that ridiculous.
If you want to have a shampoo, a conditioner, a body cream (as in ANY normal 5 and even 4 star hotel) - forget about it, as the maximum you will have is 2 small bottles of a hair and body wash................ Really?!.... It is impossible to laugh / cry actually when seeing 5 starts here. It is a fake and it should never be rated this way.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile in una delle cittadine più belle della Francia
Pros:

Ambiente super pulito e ben strutturato. L’arredamento rispecchia in pieno lo stile del posto, peccato essere andati d’estate e non aver potuto usufruire del camino. Stanza molto elegante molto silenziosa e dotata di tutto ciò che serve per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile. La posizione in pieno centro è il parcheggio a pagamento pubblico a due passi rendono il soggiorno molto confortevole. La colazione portata all’uscio dell’appartamento è una vera coccola.

Great location and polite staff. Not a 5 star hotel. Not a hotel. More an Airbnb.
Pros:

There is no question the location is excellent and the staff respond politely and promptly. But to label this a 5 star hotel is just not appropriate. It is equivalent to a decent airbnb. There are no facilities as it is not a hotel and there isn’t even a lobby. The lovely gentleman who welcomes you runs the restaurant below.
Our apartment was 2 bedrooms but the second bedroom is up some stairs and small with a tilted ceiling so you have to duck to move around.
The breakfast bakery basket is lovely but is meant to be delivered 8-8.15 and we had to message at 9.30 asking where it was one morning which made us run late for our activities.
We arrived back at 4 to find our room had not been made up. When i messaged about this the response said we had not requested it. I requested it for the next day and again at 4 the room was not made up. In messaging they said that is because they don’t make up rooms until the afternoon when guests depart. But checkout was 11.
There was no kettle to make tea amd when i asked they said to use the coffee maker but it was broken. The power points in the kitchen were also not working. They did however get us a kettle on the last day.
To cap things off I had seen a review complaining about the return of the excessive security deposit (300 euro) so I made sure ours had not been debited. The answer came back that unfortunately they had made an error and charged us that amount. It then took a week of mucking around to get it refunded.
I’m sorry nut i needed to say these things in order to advise other travelers. It was a pleasant stay but not 5 star.
