Great place to stay while visiting Annecy
Pros:

Location at the heart of the old city, great staff although we only met one guy the explained everything. Breakfast basket in the morning at the front door was great.

Cons:

If you only use GPS guidance to the location you get lost. You should put St. Claire parking, get into the parking and at the far end of it get up with the elevators just in front of the room. It should be mentioned in the reservation.

Het bed was zeer goed

Cons:

Het was niet echt heel proper, sommige zaken in de kamer waren versleten en aan vernieuwing toe. In de douche viel de zekering uit. Het onthaal was niet overtuigend.

Good location, though noisy. Modern facilities.
Pros:

Breakfast in a basket was fun. Hamam was excellent. Big bed. Balcony was unexpected. Mix of ancient building and modern facilities. Daily maid service was great.

Cons:

Only two coat hangers. Why? Cups too small. Location is noisy all night as it is in the centre of the town. Smoke drifts up from the restaurant staff next door smoking in their breaks under the bedroom windows.

Apartment in the heart of Annecy
Pros:

The location was amazing, right in the centre of the old town. We loved walking out our room each morning into the markets and the old town to explore. The basket of breakfast delivered to our door was our favourite way to start the day. We sat on our balcony each morning and watched the world go by while we ate our French pastries. Daily house keeping was great. Paid parking wasn’t difficult to get across the way from the hotel, that said, you do require a small car as everything in Annecy is small. We would certainly stay again.

Cons:

The pillows and bed were so hard, and there were not other pillow options in the cupboard.

Pros:

Logement très spacieux, literie très confortable. Une salle de bain équipée d’un hamam. Très belle emplacement situé au coeur battan de la Annecy touristique mais le logement reste très calme. Petit déjeuner copieux et authentique.

És un lloc molt ben situat al centre antic de la ciutat. Apartament amb una decoració acurada i amb estil.

Se loger à Annecy tout confort idéalement situé
Pros:

Idéalement situé pour visiter Annecy, le logement était vraiment confortable. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’humour.
Le confort de l’appartement permet vraiment de se reposer après une journée de ballade.
Et le petit déjeuner est non seulement excellent mais aussi très copieux.

Cons:

Il manquait une bouilloire.
