朝食が充実していて美味しい料理でした。

Cons:

部屋からの見晴らしが良かったが、窓の上の壁に額をぶつける事が多かった。気をつけていても2人でそれぞれ数回ぶつけた。

利便性がよいホテル
Pros:

ラウンジが非常に良かったです。落ち着いた感じで景色も最高でした。気になるお値段ですが、以外にリーズナブルです。小樽の夜景を見ながらワインを楽しむひととき、非常によい思い出になりました。また、朝食の混雑さを見える化するためにエレベーター前に部屋番号と人数を記載するボードは中々良いアイディアだと思います。

特に良くなかったことは感じませんでした。

食観宿大満足
Pros:

朝食の種類が豊富で、テーブルも指定してくださって快適に落ち着いて食べる事ができました。ホテルの周りに観光場所がたくさんあって、徒歩でいけるので良かった。

観光に最適
Pros:

ホテルの周りは観光できる箇所が多く歩いて行けます。
露天風呂もあり、テラスからは小樽運河が見えました。
また朝食も海産物もあり、種類が豊富で食べきれないほどあります。

すばらしい歴史的建造物を見ることができたので満足した旅行でした

Modern hotel
Pros:

Lonely position, parking adjacent. Nice breakfast. lovely equipped and modern rooms.. First night we had a larger corner canal view room, there from which was spacious (but the canal view was from a very obscure angle in the distance, so unless you want a larger room I wouldn't bother paying the extra!) see photos. Second night transferred to a normal room which was smaller but quite lovely. Very nice roof top bar and terrace

Pros:

オシャレで清潔。大浴場と露天風呂が最高。運河を見下ろせる。
バーも良かった。小樽の夜は早いようで、1泊なのに2度利用した。

Cons:

洗面台等に場所を割いてくれているため、余白がほとんどなく、スーツケースを広げるのが大変でした。
窓際のカウンターは良いですが、椅子から立つときに夫婦揃って頭を何度も打ちました…。それと、椅子もう一脚欲しいです。でないとベッド以外に2人で過ごす場所がない。

Nice, modern hotel on the canal, but customer service must be improved.

It was modern, clean and the bedrooms were a good size.

Cons:

For the price, it’s costly, given there are no facilities except an onsen. It would be nice if children were catered for with an activity or play area if at least some interest shown in them. My son is six and felt so isolated through his whole trip, The staff level of English is very low, so instead of trying to ask any advice, we tried to navigate alone which meant our stay in Otaru was not great.
