Cons:

ツインで予約しましたがかなり部屋が狭く
小さなスーツケースを広げるのもかなり困難でした。
駐車場利用の場合は一泊1500円とのことです。
連泊の場合は清掃がないです。
手をふくタオルすら支給してくれないホテルです。

Pros:

Very very clean and tidy room. Though small, very very stylish and thoughtful design. Good locations with a lot of good small local restaurants around. The hot bath facilities on the top floor are excellent. Gym, though small, is very impressive.

Worthwhile.
Pros:

Near the Otaru canel, new facilities. Open air public bath, coin laundry and dryer. Reception speaks English well.

Cons:

Room is not very big (19 m2). Due to the hotel's policy, the reception could not help us make a phone reservation for the Shakotan community bus. So we had to ask the staff at the tourist information centre to help us make the call.
