自分が思っていたのといっしょで、満足
Pros:

部屋キーが2つあったのがよかった。
コーヒーがあったのが良かった。
エアコンが身体に直接あたらなかったのが良かった。

脱衣場がない。カーテンほしい

便利の良いロケーションでした。

Cons:

お部屋がとても狭い。
駐車場がわかりにくい。
ツイン朝食付き¥35000を予約したら、ギリギリの予約のせいか？¥38000で引き落としになり、キャンセルできないプランでした。その翌日、朝食はついてないプランでしたが、¥13000も安く出てたので、とても残念でした。私のミスですが、それも含め、ホテルの感想がよくないです。

位置便利，房間舒適。
Pros:

地理位置優越，酒店行出去就係小樽步行街，又近小樽運河。早餐雖然簡單，但係都豐富。房間舒適溫泉設施齊備。

Cons:

唯獨是沒有免費停車場，不過隔離都有停車位價錢都唔貴。

道を挟んで目の前が小樽運河
朝食が美味しくてつい食べ過ぎてしまう

小樽で素晴らしいホテルを発見
Pros:

小樽には何度も行っていますが、宿泊をしたのは３回目です。私のホテルを選択する基準の中に”朝食が素晴らしいこと”というのがあるのですが、それでいうと、札幌以外の北海道内のホテルで一番よかったと思いました。あとは、夜、最上階のラウンジに行きましたが、近所のBARなどが観光客（特に品性のない若者や外国人などが多い）中、こちらはホテルの宿泊者が中心でしたので静かにゆっくりできました。

Cons:

全体的に素敵はホテルですがあえてというならば、ホテルに到着した時の駐車場への誘導（案内）がイマイチでした。（これは、たまたま、その方の説明の仕方の問題だと思いますが、ちょっとサービス業をしている方の説明としては、もうちょっと言い方があるのではないでしょうか？という感じでした。）まあ、でも些細なレベルです。

Excellent Hotel with luxurious Onsen
Pros:

1. Awesome ONSEN in the top floor with two hot pools (the one at the terrasse is super hot) with awesome sauna and cold bath (they also provide all sanitary products)
2. Excellent location: Beginning of the shopping street and very close proximity to the canal
3. A lot of restaurants around

Cons:

1. Room was a lot smaller than expected
2. Bed size is definitely not Queen size, but standard double bed (Misleading in many platforms). This is the biggest bed size available in the hotel.
3. Shower is very very small, go to Onsen instead (worth it!)

Fantastic stay in Otaru
Pros:

Loved the Granbell hotel for its location and atmosphere. We lived all the facilities as well. Courteous staff and beautiful room with very comfortable bedding.
