A beautiful property unfortunately let down by major undisclosed construction and poor service.
Cons:

Major construction work was taking place across the property and was only disclosed to us at check-in. Heavy trucks and earthworks started again the next morning close to the guest accommodation and generated significant noise. The property had previously told us that the noise issue was resolved. A loud private event also took place in the evening, and breakfast was still unavailable at 9:30 AM because the kitchen staff had not arrived. Communication throughout the stay was inconsistent and the overall experience did not match what was presented when we booked.

ხედი და გარემო შესანიშნავია, ულამაზესი ადგილია. ოთახიც დიდი, კომფორტული, მყუდრო და სუფთა იყო. აივანი დიდი ბონუსია, ძაღლთან ერთად ვიყავი და ძალიან მოეწონა.

საუზმე - პრობლემა არა მხოლოდ ის იყო, რომ 2 საათი გვალოდინეს და ამის შემდეგ გვითხრეს სამზარეულოში პრობლემა გვაქვსო, არამედ ისიც რომ დაობებული პური მოიტანეს, რაც თავიდანვე ვერ შევნიშნე. მთელი დღე ამის გამო ცუდად ვიყავი.

Amazing for kids but plan it on a weekend and pack a small bag!
Pros:

The vibes, huge footprint , nature and animals with mountain views, the breakfast was amazing

Cons:

Didn’t expect it to be that big, our room was very secluded and long walk/hike to the restaurant and farm animals needed the golf car
Also not convenient with lots of luggage you need to pack a small bag
We went midweek and there were no activities of feeding the animal or so

It was my second stay at this chalet, and worth coming back to.
Pros:

Very cozy, and with the windows open, we could sleep with the sound of rippling water from the creek below. It has a huge window, and since tent-camping wasn't available, this was pretty close to it. The bed was super comfortable. The room had a teapot and complimentary drinking water, also a small fridge full of snacks and drinks for an additional cost.

Cons:

It was hard to make it dark enough for sleep, with the light from the cabin next door, and we weren't able to find a way to turn our porch light off

Pros:

Ресторан гарний, готують смачно.

Cons:

Доріжки ще будуюються, і це небезпечно. Доріжка до нашого номеру була недобудована, моя подруга впала на схилі з каменів та розбила коліна. Взагалі багато чого ще будується, тому вдень та зранку дуже гучно. Шумоізоляції обіцяної у номерах не було. Сніданки дуже довго готують.

Pros:

Территория замечательная, домик, в котором жили очень удобный, понравилось,что дополнительная кровать для ребенка была уже готова и застелена; не нужно думать, где ключ - доступ в дом и номер по кодовому замку.
Отличный сытный завтрак,было вкусно очень. Прекрасные животные на территории - курочки, кролики, коровы, коза, гуси, свинки - сыну было интересно. Из Тбилисской жары было очень здорово выехать на пару дней на ферму и подышать свежим воздухом!

Cons:

Сотрудники при заселении очень любезные, но к сожалению, не дают никакой информации об отеле и его возможностях, только о том, где завтрак (и то по факту утром мы обошли весь ресторан и стучались в несколько дверей, а оказалось, что завтраки вообще в другом месте - в теплице-кафе). На территории особо не к кому обратиться за подсказкой, охранник на входе не знал, где завтраки, да и не должен собственно наверное.. Попадались изредка рабочие фермы, но они тоже особо не в теме.. Только к 10 мы наконец нашли решив заглянуть в это кафе и там уже спросить..
Ресторан - чтобы именно пообедать или поужинать - надо идти наверх (балкон и внутри), то, что может показаться рестораном (как нам например и ещё одной семье за соседним столиком) - это винный погреб (?!) на улице - там меню совсем скудное - барбекю, хлеб и винная карта. Вот выясняя всё самостоятельно на второй день уже получилось нормально позавтракать и пообедать/поужинать.
На территории очень много каких-то построек непонятного назначения (может для каких-то мероприятий?), вроде и кинотеатр есть, и мастер-классы, но опять же из-за отсутствия информации казалось, что ничего не работает. Стоят у входа кое-где таблички с номерами телефонов, т.е всё по предварительной записи видимо.. Совершенно случайно получили одно развлечение))), сидя у мастерской просто отдыхая около 12 дня пришла некая женщина и открыла это заведение.. Муж сам спросил, что это такое и только тогда она предложила выбрать гипсовую фигурку за 20 лари и самим её разрисовать, пока она наводила порядок.. Ну это к сервису конечно, в Грузии особо и не ждешь его уже (это не претензия, я просто с этим свыклась)

Pros:

"Закрытая" ферма, с конюшней и пасущимися животными. Прекрасная зеленая, ухоженная территория и виды. Тут же есть 2 ресторана, где подают местную кухню и вино. Можно запланировать дегустацию. Парковка для авто бесплатная на въезде у ресепшн, откуда Вас с багажом довезут до домика на локальном каре. Все общение с ресепшн, по любым вопросам через чат WA. Завтраки с узким меню, подают с кухни (на выбор по одному блюду по блокам ассортимента). Тут же можно приобрести местное вино по цене 45 лари. размещение питомца платное - 100 лари/сутки. Вход в домики по коду, который выдают при заселении.

Cons:

Мы брали люкс с террасой (дом - Чито 1) - не советуем категорически, ввиду того, что в доме оказалось осиное гнездо! Количество ос поражает и странно, что никто не занимается этим вопросом.... Крайне разочаровал такой подход!
Номер был плохо убран, пыль в шкафах. Старая мебель. Ужасный WiFI!
Персонал еле двигается, на вайбе) Несмотря на немалую для Грузии цену проживания (450 лари/сутки) - цена не соответствуют сервису!
Не вернемся сюда и несмотря на территорию, никому не станем советовать.....
