Pros:

War für 3 Nächte im Zimmer, alles sauber und was man braucht um sich auch selbst das Frühstück zu bereiten. Kommen gerne wieder. Danke

Cons:

Es war etwas problematisch in der Nähe ein Parkhaus zu finden und mir hat eine Klimaanlage gefehlt. War sehr warm im Zimmer und da im EG konnten wir die Fenster nicht nachts offen stehen lassen.

Sehr laute Baustelle im Hinterhof, Schallisolierung war kein
Pros:

An sich ist das Zimmer schön eingerichtet, allerdigs ist es schon recht klein und "sehr günstig" vom Platz her fotografiert. Es war recht sauber und vom Prinzip war alles da. Die Lage war auch gut, wenn auch nicht sehr gut, man ist ins Zentrum schon ein wenig gelaufen (20 Min).

Cons:

Leider lag das Zimmer zum Hinterhof und die beschriebene Schallisolierung war keine. Draußen wurde ab 6.30 Uhr (!!!) sehr laut gebaut (über einen Kran wurden Metallteile nach unten geworfen und ein Arbeiter hämmerte jeden Morgen kontinuierlich) ... Besonders von 6.30 Uhr bis 9 Uhr wurde jeweils laut gescheppert, danach war es ruhiger, dann wenn man eh am losgehen war :-(.
Innen war es auch hellhörig, ich hörte ein etwas lauteres Paar aus dem Ferienappartment nebenan fast im Wortlaut diskutieren bis ca. 0 Uhr.
Die Kombi aus abends Lärm von innen und frühmorgens Lärm von außen war nicht sehr erholsam.

Był po prostu ok ale raczej nie wrócę
Pros:

Czysta łazienka i świeża posciel

Cons:

Ogólnie ściany w obiekcie są już mocno zabrudzone, zasłony przy oknie były również bardzo brudne, w szafkach były brudne naczynia.

Pros:

I got a small room at first, but they changed it immediately. They were very kind and helpful, and the mattress was soooo comfortable to sleep on.

Great amenities, location and value for money
Pros:

Super convenient check in/out and immediate support of the host. Besides that, really well set up from size to comfort. They even had olive oil which o forgot to bring and when I saw it, I was very happy 😊

High achievers running a apartment hotel successfully

Clean, well maintained, comfortable. Everything worked as described. Easy to find and enter. Top tier customer service.

Cons:

Building site opposite which starts at 7am. But it’s not their fault, the area is residential and these things happen.
