Great location and attentive staff.
Pros:

Perfect location in town near to the palace, shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Not a fan of no onsite parking but public spaces were not far away. I knew this when I booked.

Très bon séjour, malgré cette douche : inexcusable pour un 4*
Pros:

Trés bon séjour à l'exception ce l'écoulement de la douche bouché!

Cons:

L'écoulement de la douche lamentable malgré l'intervention du plombier de service, qui n'à rien fait! Chaque douche débordait, noyait le sdb et nous devions faire attention de protéger le parquet de la chambre.

Disappointed in Fountainebleu
Pros:

Room was perfectly near the Fountainebleu Palace where our event was being held.

Cons:

My room did not have AC. Thermostat was broken and the hotel failed to notify me at check in. I only found out after I returned to my room to learn that my room was hot and uncomfortable. I was forced to sleep in sweaty hot conditions as the hotel was sold out. The desk staff downstairs barely spoke English. He offered another hotel, which would separate me from my family. Thankfully my daughter’s family had working AC. In the morning they offered me a refund, but it was actually an adjustment of just 100 euros. Normally this would seem ok, but they charged me an extra 120 euros at checkin for my grandkids to join us. Many emails back and forth. Way too much time spent during my vacation. Would never stay here again.

Cons:

Dinner at Gina was a disaster. Very very slow. Almost 2 hours before we received the first food
The room was absolutely tiny. Paying over 500 EUR per night. We complained and they did not manage to find another room

Agréable séjour au global. Le restaurant italien Gina est de bonne qualité.
Pros:

La situation parfaite dans Fontainebleau et la cour intérieure pour prendre le dîner et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

À l’entrée du bâtiment où se trouvait notre chambre était disposé à demeurer un opposant un chariot de ménage (linges) qui contrastait avec le standing luxe vendu pour la chambre. C’est dommage en terme d’effet.
