Przy nasłonecznionym od rana apartamencie oraz w upały brak klimatyzacji dawał się we znaki . Niedziałający wiatrak oraz żelazko. Bardzo niewygodna kanapa przeznaczona do spania z zapadającym się materacem i wbijającym w plecy stelażem.

Pokój czysty. Do wykorzystania kawa, herbata sól, pieprz - super. Cicha lokalizacja.

Cons:

Umowa do podpisania. Wynajmujący wymaga podpisania umowy i zastrzega sobie prawo do obciążenia konta w razie zniszczeń, ale nie podaje co już jest w pokoju uszkodzone. A kilka rzeczy było - klamką w drzwiach wejściowych, panele przy łazience i łóżku, niedziałające dwie główne żarówki.
Największy problem to kody do budynku - pierwszy podany bez ostatniego - akceptacji przyciskiem dzwonek - spędziłem 15 minut przed drzwiami wejściowymi. Drugi kod elektroniczny a przy drzwiach puszka z szyfrem 4-o cyfrowym do przechowywania kluczyka. Przez przypadek dotknąłem panelu świetlnego przy klamce, ale i tak spędziłem 5 min przed drzwiami do pokoju zastanawiając się o co chodzi z kodami. W tym samym czasie czekałem na połączenie telefoniczne z pomocą w sprawie kodów - oczekiwanie 20min. Brak informacji, że do pokoju jest panel elektroniczny - a to by pomogło.

Und man kann im gleichen Gebäude Lebensmittel und Dinge für die täglichen Gebrauch zu vernünftigen Preisen einkaufen. Dafür einen extra Punkt. Diese Shop führt t ä g l i c h frisches Obst und Backwaren , Brötchen

Dass es keine Schlüsselübergabe gab. Der Schriftverkehr nur in englisch war.
Dadurch hatten wir große Schwierigkeiten die div. Code für die Schlösser zu verstehen.
