Decent stay
Pros:

The amenities and in room laundry. The bed is comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony and the hanging rod to dry my laundry

Cons:

The ironing board has too water marks and stains. For a small size room like this, I'd think a hand-held iron steamer would work better than having the ironing board.

Comfortable apartment stay
Pros:

The comfortable room, the pagoda view was a bonus, everything in the room was thought through

Cons:

The staff (or bot?) who answers in the chat was completely not helpful. Understand it is an apartment hotel and unmanned, but still they refused give us any pointers/recommendations/tips regarding anything

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Everything was good. Especially the location. Room had everything needed for a longer and comfortable stay.

Cons:

There was a small problem with check in, but staff were very responsive and it was fixed at an acceptable time.

It’s central and in a pretty area

Cons:

They put us on the lowest floor and it wasn’t directly inside the building, we had bugs crawl into our room constantly underneath the deer as there’s a paved part and even found one in our suitcase …
The water stays luke warm
The hotel is also unmanned so you can’t store your luggage safely.

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist extrem sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Lage war absolut spitze, da man mitten in Gion war. Ein sehr gemütliches Bett hatten wir zudem noch. Mir hat auch der Stil sehr gefallen.

Alles war top.

lovely and clean fantastically located accommodation.
Pros:

Location was outstanding in the centre of Gion. Bar next door cafes and sites nearby. Walking distance to all you would wish to see. Convenience stores nearby. Close to main dori with shops and shrines. Super clean, comfortable bed, great bathroom and washing machine. Clothes line, fridge. Luggage transfer office close by too.
Windows can open for fresh air.

Cons:

Nothing all was great.

Great location and easy lodgings for travelers.
Pros:

There was an incredibly easy check-in process and the room was clean and well equipped. We appreciated the lighting options, refrigerator, clothes washing machine, TV, and trash bins. The beds were comfortable and the location was great.

Cons:

Be aware that you are booking a smaller room with limited views/daylight and there isn't an issue!
