Schönes Quartier, gute Lage und mässiges Hotel.

Die Lage, die Sauberkeit, die Ruhe zum Hof

Cons:

Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nur teilweise, der Treppenaufgang ist schäbig und im Zimmer blättert eine Wandecke. Das wäre akzeptabel bei einem geringeren Preis. Doch für 300-Euro pro Nacht ohne Frühstück dürfte das nicht sein. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht.

Unprofessional hotel
Pros:

Clean room and bathroom. Good location.

Cons:

Booked a room with air conditioning but it wasn’t working. After 3 days of “fixing” the aircon, nothing worked and the receptionist wasn’t allowed to compensate us because no manager was there. This felt very unprofessional and some receptionists were quite rude and don’t care about the issues in the hotel. Eventually when the manager returned, we got a new room and some of our money back. Happy they compensated us eventually, but this should be handled much faster without false promises of fixing the aircon.

Pros:

Ich bewerte auf Grundlage von knapp 200.-€/Nacht für ein DZ inkl. Frühstück und Torismusabgabe.

Das Hotel liegt in Mitten des 10. Arrond. Zwei Metro-Stationen direkt um die Ecke. Unzählige Cafès, Restaurants, Bistros, Läden usw. direkt in der Umgebung.
Vom Gare de l'est 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder eine Metro-Station entfernt.
Sehr freundliches und immer hilfsbereites Personal.
Freundlicher Empfang.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof. Überraschenderweise absolute Ruhe! Selbst die Tauben haben ihre Schnäbel gehalten!
Das Zimmer war absolut ausreichend zur Übernachtung. Das Bad sogar überraschend groß. Beides absolut sauber (Teppich ist immer ekelhaft; aber auch dieser war sichtbar sauber).
Am Abreisetag konnte das Gepäck noch im Hotel belassen werden Dieses wurde in einem abgeschlossenen Raum mit Quittung verwahrt.
Trotz der Kritikpunkte unten wurde wir wiederkommen (nur ohne Frühstück)

Cons:

Man könnte jetzt bemängeln, dass im Bad die Fugen und Leisten der Duschkabine in besserem Zustand sein könnten. Die Hotelgänge könnten sicher einen Eimer Farbe vertragen und Teppiche in Hotelfluren eher auch unhygienisch. Aber ich wohne ja nicht im Gang, also geschenkt.
Der einzige wirkliche Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück: Bei Verlassen des Aufzugs geht man durch eine Rumpelkammer in den ansonsten schönen Frühstücksraum (Gewölbekeller). Der erste Eindruck ist daher nicht unbedingt postiv.
Das Frühstück selbst ist sehr lieblos angerichtet. Qualität der Waren z.T. minderwertig (Dosenthunfisch, wässriger Obstsalat, katastrophale Industrie-Croissants und Industrie-Pain Chocolats, Billigst-Baguette, geschnittenes Gemüse (vom Vortag?)....
Das hat keinen Spass gemacht! In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Cafés.

Great value and good location.
Pros:

The room was clean and cozy and the bathroom and shower were surprisingly a good size compared to most European baths. The optional breakfast was tasty and a good value. Staff was always friendly.

Cons:

The daily room make up was great although it didn't get done until late in the day on three occasions. A minor inconvenience as we had to leave the room after a long day of walking the city.

Pros:

Hôtel is 1 block from Republic Metro.
Bathroom was big, bed very comfortable.
There was a safe, Nespresso machine and a mini fridge. Free still and gassed water available to fill your bottles in the lobby -nice touch -
Grocery store and bakery on same block and lots of good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The advertised AC on the upper floors is non existent. Supposedly set to 19 degrees but felt like a fan. Thankfully there were 2 big windows with good cross ventilation.
Staff was 24-7 and nice enough but not able to assist with travel, visitor information, etc.
