Great value for Paris- hidden gem!
Pros:

Great room size and price for Paris. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Comfy bed, decent size bathroom and clean. Would stay here again.

Cons:

The hotel did not match the what was advertised room dirty it would be great to show the stairs leading to the room. The room was not habitable I checked myself out hours after booking into the room.

la situation, le calme de la rue.

Cons:

Le fait qu on nous attribué une chambre ne correspondant pas à la réservation effectuée sue booking.com à savoir une chambre double supérieure. nous étions loges tout d abord sous les toits dans une petite chambre avec 2 velux équipée d une clim défaillante remplacée par un climatiseur mobile nécessitant l ouverture du velux de manière permanente, et ce en pleine canicule. après mention du désagrément auprès de la réception, nous avons finalement changé de chambre et obtenu une chambre du standing réservé.

Posizione, vicino a due stazioni metro, nella parte alta del quartiere Le Marais. acqua gratis vicino alla reception, abbiamo potuto riempire le nostre borracce ogni giorno

Non c'era sporco ma neanche pulito ! Inaccettabile che non abbiano mai passato l aspirapolvere sulla moquette della camera durante il soggiorno. Le tende alla finestra erano molto sporche.
C è stato un brutto inconveniente e ci hanno chiesto scusa offrendoci la colazione in hotel. abbiamo apprezzato il gesto.

É a terceira vez. que me hospedo nesse hotel gosto da localização, rua tranquila, proximidade do Canal de Sant Martin e metro muito proximo. O café da manhã é simples, mas bem servido. O pessoal da recepção atende muito bem. Como era minha terceira vez no hotel a Clemance que nos atendeu na recepção cuidou de nos oferecer uma boa opção de quarto com um balcony no quinto andar, foi bem agradável. A recepção oferece agua e croissant para quem está hospedado, tem maquina de café no quartoVoltarei com certeza
