Pros:

Great location for the underground and supermarkets (and close to the mall
If that is your thing) but good to get into the city and for transport

Cons:

Bathroom was not that clean( dust and hair on the skirting board and grime in the grout).

On our second day the drain blocked and flooded the shower area).

Could do with replacing broken things better eg bedside tables broken should not be replaced with a foot-stool type item and an odd random foldout table. Also crockery items mis-matched with different sized bowls. Artificial pot plant on table had broken pot - not that hard to replace to make it look better and show some care in The properly

These might seem nit-picky - but we travel a lot and sometimes these things
Matter - especially when you are a long way from home. - going the extra mile with a few extra items make a difference

Other than that it was an average/good stay

Pros:

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine sehr moderne Wohnung, schön eingerichtet
Die Lage mit sämtlichen öffentlichen Anbindungen war gegeben.

Cons:

Von nicht gefallen kann keine Rede sein. Mir hat bei der Nachmittagssonne auf der Terrasse ein Sonnenschirm gefehlt.

Na ja, das nächste Mal lieber mehr Geld ausgeben, hat sich nicht gelohnt.
Pros:

da fällt mir nichts ein, wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist ..
Gute ÖPNV Verbindung.

Cons:

Leider war der Aufzug während unseres Aufenthaltes kaputt, wir mussten jeden Tag 3 Stockwerke hoch laufen. Von der Tiefgarage waren es vier Stockwerke.
So wenig Geschirr hatten wir noch nie vorgefunden, insgesamt irgendwie alles nicht sehr einladend..
Die Sessel beim Fernseher teilweise defekt, das Bügelbrett auch.
Keine schöne Gegend zum übernachten.

Nice appartment for families with children and on a budget
Pros:

Close to Olympiapark, BMW Welt, easy to get to U-Bahn station with connections to HB. Good value for money. Appartment big enough for a family of 4, with all amenities needed. There is a shopping mall in front of the building with most of the things needed (supermarket, bakery, DM droguerie...)

Cons:

The automatic lights with the sensor :) Getting up in the middle of the night and having all lights on.

Sehr gute Lage
Pros:

Das Apartment 15 im 3.OG war großzügig mit einem Balkon und einer sehr großen Dachterrasse. Auf dem Balkon und der Terrasse gab es keine Möbel. Das Gebäude ist sehr neu und liegt direkt an der U-Bahnstation. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas traurig, wir haben nichts benutzt, was auch geplant war. Das Apartment hat Außenrolläden an Fenstern und Balkontüren. Die Straßengeräusche werden sehr gut durch die Fenster abgeschirmt. Es war ruhig, trotz der nahen Straße.

Cons:

Eine bessere Küchenausstattung, wenn ich nochmal komme.

The noise. During the first night a loud alarm of some sort went off at about 3 AM in the morning and kept going until about 5 AM. It sounded like an alarm clock but much louder and could be heard in the entire hallway of the ground floor (we stayed in appt #4).
I am not sure why it took 2 hours for the alarm to be turned off.

Die Lage war für den Stadturlaub optimal. Die Ausstattung war dem Preis angemessen.

Appartement moderne, très bien situé pour prendre le métro.
Pros:

La modernité des lieux, la déco, la taille du lit .
Parking souterrain gratuit, animaux acceptés.

Ascenseur en panne les 4 jours du séjour .

Dobrá lokalita - hned u stanice metra, naproti nákupní centrum, blízko Olympijskému parku a BMW muzeu. Parkování v podzemní garáži přímo v domě (ač pro větší auta je to docela výzva). Velká terasa s výhledem.

Cons:

Nefungoval výtah. Ocenil bych více skleniček a utěrky. Ovládání světel přes dotykové panely mi přišlo trochu kostrbaté, klasické vypínače jsou rychlejší. A na úklidu by se určitě dalo ještě zapracovat...
