Tranquila , hermosa y muy comoda.
Pros:

Muy lindo el apartamento con ambientes amplios y comodos. La.cocina y el asador excelentes!

Cons:

Seria lo ideal que tuviera aire acondiciomado en el estar-comedor, yanque es insuficiente solo el del dormitorii para mantener fresco ese ambiente.

Loved how close it was to the beach. The neighborhood is super peaceful and safe. Had no issues getting in and out and walking to and from the beach. The size of the room was great!

Cons:

The window in the bathroom does not have any covering nor does it seem to block anyone from looking in.

The parking and how they only have 1 tv in the unit and the living room was very hot that we had to go in the bedroom to actually cool off how no ice machine no coffee for the coffee maker

Its cheap for a reason
Pros:

Parking was 84 dollars every night they say you can purchase a parking permit for 28 dollars a day thats a lie. Paid more for parking for 4 days than anything else I did the whole time I was there. There is no parking at the facility. The Washer at the facility did not work like they assured me it would.

Buena ubicación de la habitación , limpio, organizado pero no apta para personas con baja tolerancia a la humedad ambien

Me gusto’ La ubicación, es céntrico y a metros del mar

La habitación tiene una excesiva humedad ambiental , no se si son las paredes de la habitación o la falta de limpieza de los filtros del aire acondicionado,
Una vez llegué a la habitación, a los 5 minutos traté de comunicarme con él propietario en varias ocasiones y por varias vias , por teléfono, email, mensajes en el app y nunca recibí respuesta inmediata por lo que tuvimos que retirarnos de la propiedad a los 25 minutos de estar allí,
Se que la reserva no es reembolsable pero como saber con anticipación las condiciones de la habitación si no accedemos a ella,
La app menciona un descuento por cancelación que no aplico’ por que ya había accedido al inmueble, me siento engañado y no atendido de acuerdo a la situación momentánea ,
Espero se resuelva esta situación para futuros inquilinos, gracias
