Great place for the price point. Everything you need within walking distance.
Pros:

Quiet neighbourhood. Everything was close by, grocery store, 7-11, laundromat & subway

Cons:

The apartment was musty. It needed to be aired out and it took a few days to do so.

Una buena opción calidad-precio para dormir en Tokio.
Pros:

Cocina, mobiliario, baño, utensilios de cocina, nuevo y limpio. Una habitación tenía terraza. La otra habitación tenía camas cómodas y era muy espaciosa.

Cons:

Property owner gave us incorrect information about the property. Stated that there would be two main beds and two futon beds but only came with two main beds and one futon bed for the four of us. They were also very unhelpful with assiting us with these issues. Also, the photos on the listing didn’t match the apartment we were provided.

Pros:

Once the booking mistake was detected, the host responded quickly and adapted the room to the 5th person by preparing a sofa bed, bringing a set of sheets, a chair, towels and slippers.

Cons:

The room I booked clearly stated (and showed in the pictures) that it was suited for 5 people, that it had 3 bedrooms and it had a total of 4 beds and 1 futon.
Yet, the room I stayed in only had 2 bedrooms, was only prepared for 4 people (and is only meant to accommodate 4 people) which led one of us to sleep without bed sheets

Very comfortable stay with the option of sleeping on futons or western-style beds, so everyone was happy. Had everything we needed for a cozy two week stay in a great, quiet location.

We booked 3 bedrooms for 2 separate stays, it was very clear that we paid the extra for 3 bedrooms. When arrived for our 1st stay the owner had allocated us 2 bedrooms. In fairness they offered a small discount for the 1st stay but disappointingly not the second. They insisted it was a computer automated error. I can’t fault the property but it wasn’t what we booked.

A comfortable apartment for a family of four that is close to some great restaurants, 7 Eleven and Daiso and easy to get
Pros:

Clean, bright mix of traditional Japanese and modern interior. Both bedrooms were spacious and lots of storage for our family of four large luggage bags 🧳 .
All the facilities were clean and working properly.
Prompt and easy detailed communication with the property owner

Cons:

There was strong gas smell in the stairwell.
We would have loved a foldable drying rack as there was no dryer for our laundry for the clothes.
