The hotel was listed under a different name with booking.com, to the name on the building. This is clearly done to avoid

My room was clean

Cons:

It was too hot in the room, and only a small fan available. The shower was bad, as fed from bath taps. Someone must have flushed a toilet nearby, and the water turned very hot. There was no fridge in the room, so bottled water didn’t stay cold for very long. The breakfast was very disappointing. The bacon almost broke my teeth, and the sausages tasted cheap. It went in the bin

Great location, clean rooms, and lovely staff.
Pros:

The hotel was just across from the Download shuttle bus, so didn’t have to walk for miles in an unfamiliar place. Room was lovely and really clean. The guys on reception and in the breakfast buffet were so kind and welcoming. The food was lovely too, we are vegetarian and they had vegan sausages. Really nice place, would definitely recommend.

Cons:

The parking wasn’t free, but I guess when the hotel was so reasonable, I shouldn’t complain.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great local

Cons:

I had no hot water had a shower in lukewarm water. could hear the traffic all night even when the window was closed so it was difficult to sleep. The cleanliness was adequate, but there was some tension to details The plug scokets need cleaning.
