Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful, and we had a very enjoyable experience in every aspect.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Ajit, who is in charge of the restaurants. He was incredibly friendly, respectful, professional, and genuinely attentive to the guests. Whatever we wanted to eat, he always did his best to arrange it for us, and he was extremely helpful with restaurant reservations. What impressed us most was that his kindness and dedication were not limited to us; we noticed the same level of care and attention towards all the guests. He is clearly very dedicated to his work and represents the hotel exceptionally well.

A special thank you also to Mr. Eric, who was always polite and helpful, and to Ms. Amina at the buffet restaurant, who was extremely kind, attentive, and accommodating.

We would also like to thank Chef Riven for making our birthday celebration so enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, and we had such a wonderful time. The restaurant itself was beautiful, and the whole experience was excellent from beginning to end.

Regarding safety, we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The area is safe, and the hotel has a very high level of security, which gave us great peace of mind.

The beach is beautiful and exceptionally clean, and when it comes to cleanliness, I honestly give this hotel a million out of a million! Everything was spotless. The bed was also extremely comfortable.

Most importantly, the entire team deserves recognition. The staff are genuinely polite, efficient, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.

Coming from Dubai, where we are accustomed to very high standards of hospitality, I can genuinely say that the service here reminded me of the level of service we experience in Dubai hotels, particularly in terms of cleanliness, safety, hospitality, smiling staff, and attention to guests. For me, that is a very meaningful compliment.

Beautiful and clean hotel on the beach with an amazing buffet, with nice and different cuisines, big pools and evening fun activities at dinner time. And Henriett who is so kind, my kids love her… and the hotel boutique owner very good person. Erick and Amina at reception very helpful,kind and professional.

I stayed in the Junior Suite with Sea View and I must say I woke up in paradise each morning. I initially chose the hotel due to its proximity to the Rock Restaurant and Paje, but will book with them again based on my personal experience if I have the opportunity to return. The entire team is amazing and I am so happy that I ended my trip in Zanzibar with them!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Diamonds Bijoux Zanzibar! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully designed. The beach, swimming pool, food, and overall atmosphere are simply outstanding.

What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team was kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home throughout our honeymoon.

Thank you to everyone at Diamonds Bijoux for making our holiday so special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zanzibar and would love to return in the future.

Las instalaciones del hotel son impresionantes el personal muy amable salvo Mary, que nos invitó a irnos cuando ni siquiera revisó que teníamos late checkout de muy malas formas. Cuando esperas que un sitio de lujo cómo mínimo se revise el tipo de reserva que tiene.

The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious with lots of choice, some days of the week there were special nights during dinner e.g. Zanzibar night or a Gala dinner, the pool is fantastic! The beach looks gorgeous and the hotel as a whole is practically brand new, and fitted at a very good standard!

We had a great stay ! The hotel is new, and the rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and elegantly designed. The property features two pools and a beach with a stunning ocean view !
We had an all-inclusive package and enjoyed the wide selection of drinks available at the bar and during meals. The food was fresh, tasty with big variety. We enjoyed the traditional Zanzibar night and menu.
The waiters at both the bar and the restaurant were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their excellent service was one of the highlights of our stay.
The management, however, needs improvement. The reception staff were unfamiliar with basic hotel information, such as activity and availability, and several requests had to be followed up on multiple times. While everything was eventually taken care of, it required more effort than it should have.
I booked through Booking.com with a late check-out benefit included in my reservation. Despite informing the hotel about this upon arrival, I repeatedly had to ask for it and provide proof of the offer from the Booking website. Although the late check-out was eventually honored, it was frustrating to have to negotiate for a benefit that was clearly part of the booking. The issue was ultimately resolved, but the process was unnecessarily uncomfortable and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. I would also recommend the reception staff to smile and a have more friendly attitude, that can make a big difference :)

An excellent resort that had the luxury and personality of a quaint boutique hotel. The stay was incredible, nothing was too big to ask. I was not feeling well the first 2 days of my stay, I requested ginger tea, and honey to my room. It was perfectly made, and I managed to sleep soundly and enjoyed the amenities the following day. At the restaurant, they remembered my name, and knew my water preference in a day. hence the boutique hotel comparison. Every single employee was great in their work, clean room, equally spotless grounds; but my standout staff member was Simba. So passionate about his job, I wish him all the success in the world. Just a negative, was that at check-in, I was not informed about daily activities, nor was I given an idea of where all the facilities are, luckily I like walking so I managed to figure out most things. I was in the dark about what the hotel offers, and only learned upon checkout that a QR code should have been provided where I would have been able to check all the available activities. Overall this is a 9/10 stay. Brand new facility that gives its all.
