Close to the main attractions of Athens
Pros:

We came earlier than 3pm, but it was possible to leave the luggage before check-in and after check out in the object and go sightseeing. We also could use the toilet in the second floor so we felt comfortable.
There was everything in the room to prepare breakfast, drink some tea/coffee or a glass of wine, iron your clothes or dry your hair.
The location is close to the Acropolis (just a 10-minute stroll), many restaurants, pubs and cafes.
