Perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurztrip und haben uns in diesem Apartment von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt.
​Die Unterkunft: Das Apartment war einfach absolut top! Modern, super sauber, toll eingerichtet und perfekt, um die Zeit zu genießen.
​Ein ganz großes Lob an die private Gastgeberin!Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.
Wir haben sie aber auch persönlich kennengelernt und sie war unheimlich freundlich, herzlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens betreut.
​Wir kommen definitiv sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft jedem absolut wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

The majority of photos show the “21st floor apartment with city view”, obviously as that is the nicer room.

Confirmation emails from Booking.com and messages with apartment manager state “21st floor apartment with City and river view”, when we arrived we were given instructions to the 5th floor Studio, on questioning this we were told we had booked the Studio 5, we had not, no correspondence stated we would be given a different room to the confirmations we had received from Booking.com. Be aware, what you book and what you are given when you arrive may be very different things!

The property is described as a “Studio”but is the size of an average hotel room with a small kitchen unit, sink, oven etc in the room next to the bed.

The view from the 5th floor Studio Room is of dingy and tired block of flats and a busy car park. No stunning city views to be had from that room!

Some of the towels left for our use smelled of cigarette smoke, only 2 were usable.

Cleanliness is an issue, the toilet was not cleaned properly with dried faeces visible on the back of the toilet seat.

We paid 20 Euros for robes, these were thin and cheap, once white but now grey and tired looking - don’t bother with them!

No mirror in the room, bathroom mirror was the only mirror in the room, not convenient to get ready to go out, being damp for some time after showering!

The noise that carries through the 5th floor and between apartments/rooms above and below in the Hanza Towers is horrendous, parties in rooms, loud arguments, music blasting out on the Saturday night all through until 6am! If you want peace and quiet do not stay here. The higher floors may have a totally different atmosphere but Floor 5 is like being in the middle of student dorms!


Would have not have booked this room had we been informed the room allocation would be changed on arrival, we would have booked the Radisson Blu down the road for a better, cheaper less rowdy stay!

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, можно сходить в сауну. Есть не большая кухня.

Cons:

Платная парковка о которой я не знал, в том же здании в подвале. 20 евро. Если б я знал о парковке - взял бы в другом месте.
