Pros:

Wonderful room, small but enough for a pleasant stay. Wonderful view of the Parthenon from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen in the basement. Very clean room. Mattress was perfect for a long sleep in.

Cons:

The kettle in the room wasn't working, so we had to use the one in the basement. Just a small inconvenience for our morning coffee. The balcony hadn't been cleaned, was a bit dusty.

Great value base to explore Athens
Pros:

This has been one of the best places that we have stayed at after travelling for three months!! Great value for money with access to the shared kitchenette and washing machine. We enjoyed watching the sunset on our balcony (3rd floor) each night with a distant view of the Parthenon. 10 mins walk to Dafni metro station, great bakery and Gyros 2 mins walk away. Newly built property in a quiet residential area.

Pros:

Az erkélyről látni lehetett az Akropoliszt, A Lycabettus-hegyet. Tisztaság volt, csendes környezet. Könnyen megközelíthető tömegközlekedéssel a belváros, a tengerpart. A házigazda rugalmas, válaszol a kérdésekre, kérésekre. Ár-érték arányban is jó választás a szállás. A leírás és a feltett képek megfelelnek a valóságnak.

Pros:

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It is close to both the metro station and a bus stop. While it is not within walking distance of the city center, getting around by public transport is very easy (bus 140 goes directly to the seaside).

The host is very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and beautiful, and you can even see the Acropolis from the terrace.

Overall, it is an excellent, peaceful location with well-maintained, safe, and comfortable rooms.

Quiet place
Pros:

Very clean, quiet, and conveniently located near a metro station, with kettle in the room. It was also easy to find.
The owners were very friendly and welcoming. If we return to the there, we would definitely stay here again.
There is also a shared area with a washing machine, refrigerator, and kitchen...etc...which is very convenient.

Está muy limpio, tranquilo, cerca de una estación de metro, con kettle en la habitación, terraza...Sin problemas para encontrarlo. Los dueños muy amables.
Sin duda si volvemos repetimos.

Cons:

As a small suggestion for improvement, it would have been perfect to have a small bottle of water in the room. I am always surprised that many places across Europe do not offer this simple but thoughtful gesture, especially when a bottle can be bought for as little as 0,18€ at the supermarket next to the metro station.
Si hubiera una botella de agua pequeña en la habitación habría sido perfecto. ¿Porqué tienen en toda Europa esa mala costumbre de no tener ese pequeño pero gran detalle? Ya ves en el supermercado que hay junto al metro vimos después por unos 0,18€

Not so bad
Pros:

The location is not bad. Relatively close to the center, a few metro stops away. Quiet area. relatively new renovation, but it is unlikely that it has been tested for functionality. Our room is also not bad, but it was on a first floor and it's was a biiiiig problem

Cons:

We didn't like that the room was on the first floor, which we weren't warned about in advance. Since the house has very poor soundproofing, we could hear every door closing, whether it was at 1 am or 5 am. The elevator was also very noisy. The apartment has incomprehensible rules - there is not even toilet paper for tourists who stay more than 1 or 2 days. A pack of toilet paper costs 3 euros!!! (and this is the price in a 24-hour store near the apartment, not in Lidl for example). Can't you be less petty and include this in the price of the apartment. This really spoiled the impression of the owner of this apartment.
