Good option in Kyoto
Pros:

I really liked the Japanese-style room with the tatami floor; it was a good size, and so was the bathroom. The staff was super polite and always available, and we loved the cute decorations for our honeymoon.

When we got there, there were some treats waiting for us, but they weren't refilled on the other days, which I think would've been a nice touch.

For breakfast, you can choose between Asian (a bento box you need to order by 4 PM the day before) or Western style. The hotel is in a convenient spot and has a sauna and a bath/gym.
Good price/value.

Cons:

The western breakfast was the same every day, which got old since we stayed multiple nights.
The bento box was alright, but I wish they made it there.
The room windows have privacy covers, which I get why they're there, but it makes it feel a bit cramped.

Well appointed rooms. Amazing sauna and baths. Arbrin restaurant was great. Good location with lots of lovely restaurants and shops 2-3 mins away. 10 minutes walk to the heart of things.

Great stay
Pros:

It was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. I loved the design and how every little detail was thought of. Breakfast was also great.
I went to onsen every evening it felt very peaceful.

Таким обычно не делятся, чтобы самому попасть. Однозначно лучший отель в Японии.
Pros:

Расположен отель идеально, в пешой доступности от главных прогулочных улиц и в тоже время на тихой улице.
Онсен уютный и просто необходимый после долгих прогулок.
Завтрак достаточный и очень вкусный.
А номера это отдельное восхищение, в традиционном стиле, всё продумано до мелочей, обходные дорожки вокруг кровати из приятного тактильно материала, мист для подушек особая забота для сна, дизайн восхитетелен. Кровати большие и очень комфортные. Персонал выше всяких похвал, готовы решать любой вопрос.

Leuk en goed gelegen hotel
Pros:

Superfijn hotel, met alles wat je nodig hebt.

Cons:

Zeer klein detail, maar de schakelaar van het koffie/theehoekje zichtbaarder maken. We zijn niet de enige gasten die de volledige verlichting moesten uitzetten omdat ze deze schakelaar niet vonden. Het komt regelmatig terug in de reviews.
