Pros:

When I want to be somewhere with lots of hustle and bustle, where the local people are real and there is every conceivable nationality both living and visiting, I come to Chow Kit and I love staying st Swing and Pillows on Jalan Raja Laut/Chow Kit because it's cheap, it's super-clean ( and I am OCD about cleaning and cleanliness!)and it feels very private and relaxed at the same time.

I would like to say thank you to all the members of staff for their long hours of hard work and their ability to keep the hotel at a standard far higher than you might expect and better than some hotels that are at least double the price. Anika and Salman at reception deserve most of the credit for the smooth-running but laidback ambience of the hotel and personally, although they are both quite quiet people, this only serves to make you feel welcome and at home.

Cons:

If you don't like noisy places, don't rent a room anywhere in Chow Kit but this is no reflection on Swing and Pillows Jalan Raja Laut, it's as peaceful as it can be in a vibrant city neighborhood.

No refundable for my booking and bad service. I have a reasonable excuse so why not accept the excuses and refund my boo

No parking for guest and not comfortable . Also public parking lot too far and not safety. In addition, not refundable if we have reasonable excuse. Overall not recommended and very bad.

Pros:

Decent location and close to MRL and LRT stations.

Cons:

There was an ant infestation in the room and cockroaches in the hallway. The bed and towels were a bit dirty with hair on them. Only 1 lift and it's slow.
