Pros:

The accommodation is really clean, with great facilities and a great location. The room has everything you need and everything is easy to use.

Cons:

We reported the non-functioning air conditioning and the missing mattress on the sofa as instructed on the website. No one ever responded or fixed the deficiencies. The air conditioning did not work and the balcony door could not be kept open because some of the residents were smoking on the balcony and the smell was horrible. There is no table or chairs in the apartment, so eating is difficult.

Good but with room for improvement.
Pros:

Updated facilities. Neat room.

Cons:

Deceiving picture of the room upon booking, as it did not correspond with what we actually got. Extremely slow correspondence though email - only received a reply on the following day on an urgent request. No breakfast was included in the stay, which was ok, but still, you asked the question, I answered.

Πολύ ήσυχο περιβάλλον.. Το κέντρο της πόλης είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά με την συγκοινωνία και 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και η τιμή ήταν προσιτή για την περιοχή... Το μπαλκόνι ήταν αρκετά άνετο.. Ευχαριστώ.. 🇬🇷🇬🇷👍😛

Cons:

Δεν υπάρχει χαρτί κουζίνας και δυστυχώς δεν μπορείς να καπνίσεις ούτε στο μπαλκόνι..

Next time will book some other place than Sume by Larsen.
Pros:

Nice and modern building and we had a zoo view from our room.

Cons:

Room was too small for two people. The bed seemed to be a couch that converts to bed. Studio room should have proper beds for that money. There was misunderstanding with parking and we had to wait 30 minutes behind the gate to get in. After the wait we found out that we need to find another parking lot.

Hammock was a lovely surprise. We loved the view from the window and silence. We paid attention to unique art works. Thank you!
