Excellent stay. Staff were great. Friendly and professional. Rooms very nice too.
Pros:

Service, rooms and friendly staff. Also location is excellent too. Really enjoyed it.

Cons:

Nothing that we didn't like as such. Enjoyed our stay. Only breakfast I'd like to improve as choice a little limited but its a small hotel so can't expect too much.

Pros:

L'hôtel est tous simplement magnifique, nous avions loué une chambre avec piscine qui était juste extraordinaire. L'hôtel est dans le centre historique et donc tout est accessible a pied. Je recommande cet hôtel aux familles mais aussi aux couples. Un point très appréciable les toilettes japonaises une technologie révolutionnaire. :)

Top stay in old Town. Would go there again
Pros:

Super Nice stay. Foto’s of the hotel look not as good as real live. Nice little gym (clean and airco). Super on premisses massage (more expensive but experience worth it for sure. Backpain relief given from a worse Thai massage!). Complimentary afternoon tea was a nice surprise. Super clean and spacious bathroom

Cons:

Breakfast could be bit better, but nothing to complain. And excellent coffee bar in the lobby further improved the experience.

Magnifique hôtel de style colonial dans la vielle ville proche de nombreux restaurants et espace bien être
Très belle chambre spacieuse très joliment décorée, superbe salle de bain
La gentillesse du personnel toujours prêt à vous rendre service
Vélo à disposition pour découvrir la ville
Service de navette aéroport gratuite très appréciable

Un peu déçue par la proposition du PDJ
La piscine, dommage qu’elle soit si étroite ne permettant qu’à une seule personne de nager

Very homey, clean. The staff are very welcoming.
Pros:

I loved the facilities and the food here. The staff are very helpful with any request you make. They set up bookings for you and help out whenever they can. The place is also very clean and welcoming.

Stay here for staff and location
Pros:

Great location, quiet yet close to markets and restaurants. Staff really lovely helpful and professional. Room beautiful and comfortable. Would stay here just for the staff alone they were all great.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty disappointing by Thai standards. Staff lovely, options poor and quality poor for food.

Pros:

It was a beautiful place to stay. Room was very nice .

Cons:

No bar, no laundry service or no restaurant in the evening. Breakfast was ok but not amazing. No much of concierge service. If you visit in Chiang Mai first time I would prefer some suggestions of things to do in town.
